Thankful, very, very happy
I was very happy, have used this product for nearly 10yrs, my hair loves it and would be unmanageable without it. I am finding it harder and harder to find anywhere to buy in to Australia and was thus elated when I discovered you at reasonable price to boot. Expediant ordering and delivery, honestly cannot fault, I am very appreciative, thankyou so much🙏🧚♀️

Charged full price for product they did…
Charged full price for product they did not have, they, eventually sent, smaller bottles that are cheaper sold by their "sister" company Beautizone, who sent emails stating my order was arriving.
Price not adjusted and service confusing as to who these were bought from, they claimed to have sent an email saying they did not have the original item ordered, no email was or has been received.
Would have bought elsewhere as the product received was cheaper elsewhere.

Whenever I've purchased here
Whenever I've purchased here, they take my money, make out as if my item has been sent and then a week later, cancels the order. Are these actually legit because they try selling things they don't even have. Another 10 days until my refund. Steer well clear. I won't be using them again

I had to pay £5.99 for 'express' delivery which took a week to arrive . I will go elsewhere next time

Love the products only downside was I placed 2 orders within an hour of each other and was charged 2 lots of £5.99 postage but the order arrived in one box . I think it would have been good practice to have refunded me 1 lot of postage.
