Want a viable alternative to Amazon?
Products not dispatched in timely manner so needlessly got caught up in postal strike. Items arrived over 2 weeks later with no notification that one of the items will be missing as out if stock. Refusal to comply with distance selling laws. I was seeking a genuine alternative to Amazon. This unfortunately is not it.

Delayed Delivery
I was supposed to receive my order on the 14th of November 2022 but they have not arrived. Someone put my house number on the invoice but not on the parcel. Royal Mail returned it to sender. I emailed the seller help team on Saturday 19th November but got no response. It was only on when I sent a message on the Facebook account on Wednesday 23rd November that I got a response. I'm still waiting for my order.

£80 - I am disappointed with your shop
I am disappointed with your shop. I ordered last Thursday (3rd) NOVEMBER. My order is yet to be shipped and I’ve emailed for the fourth time yet no communication. May I please be refunded if you do not wish to ship? This is quite a bad service and I do not wish to open a chargeback yet. You have received my money yet can’t even keep to standard of customer service.
Seen reviews on the SAME issue on trust polite and they speak for themselves. If there was any issues ‘if your gonna use that excuse’ it should have been communicated. I’ll be waiting for a response also. I’ve been patient and gave the suggested time frame of packaging on your website and left an instagram dm. Order #2274

I ordered 3 days ago and until now it has not been shipped, no tracking details and poor communication service. I sent an email regarding this and no response. Please who does that? I do not think I want to have anything to do with you guys anymore but before that, kindly refund my money, please. I am not impressed at all.
Finally, my issue was resolved and I got my orders. It's just a shame that I had to point it out before you guys did anything about it. Hopefully you do better in the future and improve.

Will never order from these people again. I paid postage when buying the goods and when I want to send it back, they said I have to pay again. No customer care at all. Would never recommend this com
I would never recommend this company. I paid for the postage to buy 5 hair extentions. The colour did not fit the description. To send it back, they said I have to pay another postage before I will get a refund. No customer care. Worst company ever. I am not allowed to change my mind.
All they care about is the money

Great customer service. Kept informed of the processing and progress of my order right through to delivery, which was on time. Careful packaging meant my products arrived undamaged, so really pleased about that. I am very happy with my purchases, which also had the best online prices for my budget.
