Bought a new Pro100 red light therapy device.

It arrived but had some accessories missing. I contacted their support which promptly asked me to return the unit and they would send me a new unit. New unit is nice, had some extra features like rubber feet etc which original unit did not have. Both worked fine (first one just was missing some accessories), and I was able to use the original one until the replacement arrived and then ship original back.

Device works well and is very competatively priced.

I use it for my neck and head before going to bed about 5 times per week. It helped me fell into deep sleep and woke up with full energy.

Ordered the red light devise and paid $52 for shipping. Received an email from Bestqool letting me know that shipping charges had increased to $125, then received a second email letting me know that the shipping charges now were $250. At this time I canceled the order. Received a third email from Bestqool, letting me know that they would ship for the original $52. When the order arrived, I received an email from the shipping company asking me to pick up the devise at a drop off location. I mentioned to them that the delivery address given was my residency and that I didn’t drive. The shipping company said Bestqool didn’t pay for home delivery. Finally, I was able to get the shipping company to bring the big box home. I wish the purchase had been more transparent and more hassle free.

At first sent wrong plugs, then contacted customer services and get replacement plugs real fast.

Product received on time and works as advertised. Sturdy construction, good quality. I find that regular use helps me keep my sleep cycle regular, and it's also great for relieving soreness and speeding up recuperation from a hard workout at the gym.

packages contain all the necessary thing that is needed for operation including the googles. yet to see its effect after use.

I bought a scratch and dent model and even got a discount on it on top of it`s reduced price. It works perfectly as far as I know (I cannot measure/tell if the IR LEDs are working). I do wish they would have actual pictures of the unit you`re buying when you purchase a scratch and dent. The unit I received looked like it was dropped on it`s head from 20 feet or so, so much so that the metal case is cracked in one of the top corners. If I knew how much of a `scratch and dent` it was, I might have opted for a different version or a different `scratch and dent`.

***Update to my initial review ***
Bestqool actually read my review and had contacted me about the unit I received and wanted to replace the scratch and dent unit I received with a new unit at no cost. They provided a return label for the scratch and dent and I had packed it up and was ready to send it back to them when they said there was no need to.
I shortly thereafter received the new unit and it looks and works perfectly.
This is what people ask, a company that stands behind what they sell and actually care enough to remedy the situation.

I understand this is being mailed from another country. I would appreciate more directions about how to use, when, hoe often.

The information on shipping was sketchy, The delivery was fast, but I was given no real information on who was the shipper to keep track of those shipments, which I was keen to do, but to no avail. I was given a number but no shipping provider.
