Was disappointed at first but....
Was disappointed at first when the unit will not power up upon arrival but after dealing with Andy from customer support, everything got sorted out in a timely manner and to the satisfaction to both parties. Can't comment too much on the product since only using it for less than a week.

Fast response and helpful
After 4 conversations at different times, these service reps are phenomenal, always responding in 24 hours, and always giving good advice, and very patient with me, a 78 year old customer. Not only is the product superb, but the service is as well!
And I am so impressed with the quality of Bestqool, that my two daughters are each getting a redot L mat for Christmas!

Excellent for younger and older people
My mom and I have been used the Pro100 for few days but it seems it works super well, she is 78 and she has slept well, her back pain has been lower and she is with more energy day by day

Love my product but very disappointed I did not receive a owners manual which was to be included only help,I got was a pdf to download that’s not what I want I expected the actual Manuel provided to me so I hope customer service will still mail me the actual manual that was part of what I ordered and paid for

It's nice when things are a great…
It's nice when things are a great product meets great price. It's satisfying. I got my red light used and it came in great condition. Couldn't tell it was even in used condition. I have been using it 3 days a week and after each use my skin thanks me. I know the results will show up over time but its nice to have a skin treatment feel better than when it was finished.
I find bestqool's red light therapy to be the best in the business. On par with professional services.

Me and my family have been using it for more then 3 months now, it shows sufficient effects especially on pain areas, or whenever we are suffering from digestion system discomfort, tummy-ache etc. It also helps for speeding up the recovery from catching a cold.i highly recommend this product, and very much appreciated of their excellent customer service, thank you!
