I don't like the plastic covering on the lights, causes sweating...,
** I have to figure on my own how it works because the manual is terrible for giving instructions.
** It should not be as long as it is, it could be shorter on the sides and have extension belts on the sides to make it longer if needed.
** The design is bad for a smaller device. I have a smaller Bestqool pad and it is only the pad and not all that extra side belting. Some of my lights are worn out. We bought 2 and really like it but only last a year.
** BestQool does not have a very good selection.

I used the Bestqool Sauna Blanket several times - the first time I wasn't sweaty,so I don't think it worked for me, but the next time I sweated a lot.

I spent a long time looking into treatment with red light to help my skin. I found that there are a number of them on the market. This product may be the greatest I've ever been able to purchase taking into account cost, features, customer service, and effectiveness when compared to other products on the market!
Due to improved blood flow, my skin tone appears more even, and there was an additional benefit that I never would have imagined - it improved my mood, sleep quality and literally level of happiness.

In summary, after a week, I observed an improvement in my energy intake during the day, the ability to study for longer periods of time, and a more effortless walking with the dog. My sleeping habits changed during the second week. My inability to fall asleep and stay asleep during the night usually results in me waking up sluggish and not in the best of moods. However, I noticed that I was happier than usual. Normally, because I live in student housing, I stay away from my neighbors since social interaction drains my energy and I need to recharge. However, since then, I was more enthusiastic and even enjoyed social contact Social interaction and conversation seemed quite effortless. The third week my skin slowly started to wake up and begin to understand what was happening.My acne marks appear to be healing more quickly, and even the pimples on my chest have mostly disappeared! When I fraunted, my face it appeares to be smoother and less wrinkled on the forehead. Of course it's only slightly and a work in progress, but this gave me a positive experience, so I'm eager to carry on and watch for results in a few months I can only recommed it!!

A dependable red light panel with adjustable red light and near infrared light choices. Very strong light output.

Without buying an expensive stand, I find it difficult to use my half body Bestcool device on my back or the sides of my body. There is not a problem with using it on my front as I can easily hold it. I have not had any massive turnarounds in health problems but sleep is much improved after several months and, despite being in my 80s, none of my health problems have got worse so I consider this a plus and some conditions have improved but not totally healed.

I simply cannot recommend this company enough. The products are outstanding. I have several,with some being years old now!

The package arrived in a timely manner. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear.
I bought 2 -60 light units and use them both simultaneously,(one in front and one in back) every week day. It helps with my pain, but most noticeable is the difference in my skin, my hair and lashes, my vision has improved (with red lights only) and interestingly enough my hypothyroid TSH levels have become normal and my pcp is wanting to decrease my thyroid medication and recheck my labs. I have been using the lights for about 1 year. Love them!

1.Stand must be opened to acces the electrical plug.
2.The elect. plug is so loose it disconnects with the slight movement. Device is usuless, keep turning off.
3. The electrical cord should be at lease 16ft. to reach from the wall plug to a chair or couch.
4. I would like my money returned. How do I return the device?

I had an issue with the infrared setting on my LED light therapy, so I emailed them about the issue. They sent out a replacement right away and made the whole process smooth and easy. Very helpful and quick to respond back.
