There were very few photographs of the outside. The drop down menu for the number of guests doesn't allow for babies. It's hard to find the cottage again to share with others.

Booked the arches via booking.com back in june. I cancelled within free cancellation time frame. STILL havent received my money back despite numerous emails. SCAM

Kindly note that when a customer begins a booking on our website, we make a courtesy call to offer assistance and answer any questions they may have. We then follow up once more to check whether they need any further help.
Many of our customers have found these calls helpful, as we are able to spend time with them and discuss any questions that may be preventing them from completing their booking.

My property is listed on booking.com but now I see it is listed on this site without my knowledge or consent. How is that even possible ? I have no link of agreement with this company . Beware

Please allow me to reassure you that since your property is listed on Booking.com, they may have distributed your listing to third-party websites like ours. This is typically outlined in your contract with them, and we have full permission to display your property accordingly.

Did enquire about another accommodation, big cottages had price down but had to enquire with property owner re dates and the price they came back with was almost double for the dates wanted that big cottages had it down for do found misleading , plus point could check this with actually speaking with someone at big cottsgeswhich was lovely

When we arrived you are welcomed by a…
When we arrived you are welcomed by a smell of dampness. Vincent needs some tlc, toilet and shower are impractical and it was very cold heaters didn’t work properly for us. Hot tub was dirty - didn’t even stay the night we left and went home.
