Clearly not interested in selling bikes and will end up the same as Superbike factory, tried to call 12 times in past 24hrs and nobody ever picks up the phone.

Clearly a poor start and if not interested in picking up a phone in sales god only knows what the after service would be like if any issues.

Can't really fault the Big Moto team. The whole process was efficient. I was kept informed along the way. The team was polite and professional.
They made me an offer which was acceptable, paid out with 10 minutes of the final agreement, paperwork sorted and job done.

I call into the Macclesfield branch quite often as its local to me. Generally just to browse. Never had any pushy sales tactics. Polite welcome and asked to let them know if you want any assistance.
I finally bit the bullet and bought a bike.
Good pricing and fees are apparent if you read the details.
Was informed of a possible 10 day wait as its a busy time of year.
Pre MOT inspection revealed a couple of consumables needed sorting. This was done without fuss and using quality branded parts.
Bike was ready in 7 days.
Handover was fuss free.

I enquired about selling my bike, Big Moto gave a good price great service didn’t haggle just arrived inspected paid and took it away .
No hassle easy all around.
The inspection guy was very very thorough so don’t try and hide problems and expect an hour for the inspection.

Has to be the easiest option to sell your bike .fill in your bikes details get your valuation if it's what you want it's sold

After providing my details Bigmoto sent me a good offer. I accepted the offer and provided additional details, including my BANK DETAILS. It was only then that I was told that my bike wasn't currently on their wishlist. Why didn't they tell me that before asking for additional details?

I entered my bike details and mileage, and was then asked for a collection date, followed by my bank details for payment, only to receive an email saying “unfortunately based on the info we’ve got we’re unable to purchase your motorcycle at this time”.

I was an uncomfortable submitting my bank details, but to submit them and subsequently receive a rejection is not great. No explanation why my bike was not accepted either.

Bigmoto (westmidlands)£200 admin fee ontop of asking price,poor communication, waited 5 weeks for my bike ,I rang them only to be told my bike isn't ready and never will be ,every time I rang they gave me a different excuse as to why it wasn't ready ,very poor communications,they have no people skills ,in the end I went to motorcycles4all ,no admin fee and bike was ready in three days ,if I could give a zero star rating I would

Great service! Sold my Motorcycle to them with no issues. They also gave me the best price. I was paid almost instantly once the checks had been done. The collection company were spot on as well. The slight negative was having to wait in most of the day to have the bike collected. It would be better if they could give you a morning or afternoon slot. Would definitely use again.

I am very happy with Bigmoto, I was contacted on the day of collection and the courier checked my bike over and the money was paid in my bank within 10 minutes very quick and easy.

His female colleague (apologies for not knowing your name) lovely person helpful and easy to talk with 👏🏻👏🏻 She ran through a bike my partner was very interested in (potential customer ) but while asking a question at the desks the team leader came across as rude and disrespectful to a point my partner had to leave to sit in her car to chill she was was very upset
I politely pointed out his failing’s and how customers may interrupt what he had said and the way he’d said it
He did apologise to my partner but sort of cancelled his apology by then saying he thought he was right etc at the end 👎🏻
Once again rude and uncalled for but afterwards we had a lovely talk with the lady on end of desks Thanks

The way customers are treated says so much about the company It needs to be 100% or close or negative reviews will follow

Have a honest price for the motorcycle, communication was good. The do subcontract the delivery and collection not another 3rd party so timing is not always accurate, but otherwise would recommend as other companies offered me less.

Seen a bike I wanted and to put mine in part ex this process was fairly good and easy. They said that the admin fee of £199 would be wavered but on checking invoice it appeared that the delivery charge quoted at £199 had been changed to £299 so in theory admin fee still charged. Delivery time states upto 4 days finance paid out and deposit paid its now 4 days since finalised but no phone call regarding delivery. They use SOS motorbike delivery so in theory my bike should have been here today that's the 4days up. No bike shown or even a reply to emails or phone call I sent. SOS contacted they confirmed they have the bike but it could be 7 days before delivery 7 😬... And charged more than the advertised cost for delivery not very happy at all Scotland this weekend will have to be missed because of this issue. Definitely would not deal with them again.

Having to sell my motorbike sadly due to health reasons.
Bigmoto gave a good honest quote, and the selling process was quick and easy. Money transfer and V5 change very quick. I can also praise the motorbike collection company, who were very courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend Bigmoto.
