Went down to the Macclesfield branch to see a Kawasaki Vulcan S I was interested in. Claire showed me the bike and talked me through its parts. She was was helpful and clear with the purchasing process at the site. Once I'd bought it, the bike came quickly and in good condition! Really straight forward and easy

Spoke to tom on the phone was straightforward about the bike and how the process works made it quick and easy to get my new bike

Both the price offered and collection experionce met my expectations and my only recomendation is be honest to avoid any dissapointment.

Tom was great from the start, knew the process and was polite and joyful in his job!

Would have appreciated another £200 but in no real position to negotiate.. sure most would say the same or similar..but..both on buying and selling I can only say I found Bigmoto to be helpful.. professional.. courteous..and SOS del and collection services on Thier behalf just as good.

Very easy to purchase a motorcycle, will leave a 2nd review once i have received it.

I’ve bought a bike from Bigmoto and they’ve bought 2 from me, the second bike a couple of days ago. Each process was seamless and straightforward. Friendly and professional too. Very happy with their service etc.

My experience with Big Moto was disappointing from both the buying and after-sales perspective.

When I viewed the bike in the showroom, the battery was flat, so I wasn't able to hear it running before leaving a deposit. I was then contacted sporadically over the next 10 days being told the bike was in the workshop being prepared before delivery. During that time I asked for two simple jobs to be carried out as part of the sale: re-attaching some loose tank pads and fitting an SAE battery charging lead. When the bike was delivered, neither of those requests had been completed.

Five months later, I contacted Big Moto to discuss part-exchanging the same bike for another motorcycle. I was given an initial valuation, and when I said I wasn't happy with it, I was told someone would come back to me within 15 minutes after seeing what could be done. I never received a call back.

Based on my experience, the level of customer service before, during and after the sale fell well below my expectations, and unfortunately I wouldn't choose to deal with them again.

Tom was absolutely amazing, he has the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Zero customer service: wouldn’t answer emails or phone calls. Rude and unprofessional. A terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
