Bought my first bike from Bigmoto today, all the staff i spoke to were extremely helpful. Ellis taked me through the whole process and explained everything in detail, was quick and painless in acquiring my new bike. Thanks Ellis you were a great help mate.

actually fairly stress free experience, they made an offer (obviously I wanted more) so the buyer I spoke to, made a slightly better deal with me. I decided to accept it and a collection was arranged. The collection guy arrived bang on time, checked the bike over and the money was in my bank within a few mins of the deal being completed, I would certainly consider using them again for this kind of situation!

Got a quote to buy my 2026 MT07 with 30 miles on it of £530!

The rep I dealt with Tom was really helpful. He wasn't hounding me like several other companies proper sound guy knows what he is talking about and didnt hang about when id made my decision thanks tom ..

But after sales has been awful the bike came with clear and obvious faults that was not picked up on the after sales inspection and since they had the bike back it's been nothing but stress and ongoing hassle and accusations towards myself regarding the issues the bike was delivered with and that can be clearly seen in the delivery photos .. i would not recommend bigmoto to anyone currently

Just purchased my new motorbike with Bigmoto great guys definitely use again

Not great, Paid deposit for a bike to be taken of sale and then given the portal to keep progress of the bike.
paid the bike amount.
Firstly it had been taking a while and the app said waiting on parts then when i rang they said it needed a new tyre/battery/fork seals, so waited for that to be done then another 2 weeks later it went in for MOT and failed on wheel bearings so again waiting on parts.
It had taken over 3 weeks to receive the bike and when it came there was no new tyre no new battery and still not sure about the seals.
The bike has had a new wheel bearing but they never put it back in for mot after the work so i received the bike with 2 month MOT.
I don't think they should be selling bikes that are not ready for sale and should at least do a re-test as it would have been free anyway.
There was other issues also, the bike is a great bike but now i need to book it in for an MOT.
Only positive is the delivery company they use SOS are great.

Where do I start?
Been waiting for a bike to come available for weeks .Get the call from Bigmoto that they have one .....Great, told the sooner I paid full price the sooner I would get it. Paid £8k only to be told a day later that the bike needed to be deregister and reregestered because of an error with the supplier.
A month later I still have not received bike and asked for money back which was reluctantly refunded.
After countless messages on the sales portal which were immediately deleted and contradictory stories I contacted DVLA to find they have no record of any application relating to this bike.
Basically I believe I was sold a bike that was not registered and spun various yarns from the sales team.
Definitely would not go near them again.

Enquired about a bike , within the hour had the deposit sorted just awaiting delivery confirmation, Nice and easy no hassle at all , Tom helped me out ✅

Absolute great service today with Ellis very helpful and advise me to go for a very good security system on the bike as well with tracking system at a very good price absolutely lovely man brilliant service
