Excellent after sales service!

I bought a faulty USB Travel Hub from an airline and it turned out to be faulty. Days after returning the faulty item a new, fault free device was sent back to me. I am extremely impressed with the rapid, efficient service I received.

Replacement of faulty goods was prompt

The product was bought on a Virgin Atlantic flight. Its price was reasonable, but unfortunately the item was faulty. The good news was Bitmore were no quibble and prompt in providing a replacement which (so far) seems to work fine.

Charging cable replacement

I had a JUUCEE POWERBANK given as a gift and didn’t use it immediately. When I got around to using it, the supplied charging cable supplied didn’t work. Bitmore provided an alternative charging cable

People nice. Product let them down.

The people were really nice and helpful, the product was the problem, Bitmore 4K Action Camera, battery only lasted 15 minutes at tops when in video mode, no use to me as a camera to record my cycling journey.

Great company supplying good quality electronics at sensible and affordable prices - especially relevant in the current climate.
Would recommend these folks to anyone who doesn’t want to shell-out for Bose !!

Just so easy

Just so easy. Simple and informative website, ordering was easy and postage was free and quick.
Best of all it was Royal Mail and not those incompetents Hermes, now Evri.
The charging cable seems to be a good quality and is working well.

Purchased off EasyJet a faulty set BUT subsequent to my dealing via Instagram & email - Ryan has been Extremely helpful in resolving this issue.
I'm yet to receive (delayed via Royal Mail) but awaiting new product to refresh this ☆rating hopefully.

Bought in September on a Ryan air…

Bought in September on a Ryan air flight. I didn’t use until today 12/1/23 as I bought these thinking I hadn’t packed mine, but I had. So upset as only one ear worked and very low volume! They have just been binned.
