I have used Dale before for my house boiler installation and it was very smooth. We used him recently for a new boiler installation in a flat- where the managing agents were a nightmare to deal with- but Dale and his team were very patient and responsive and eventually we got everything sorted. My 28-year-old-hot-water cylinder has recently not working. I called The Boiler and Install Company. Dale responded my call and sent Chris swiftly with a free-of-charge call-out to investigatethe problem. Chris assessed the problem thoroughly and recommend different options of the replacement of the cylinder.

The next day, Dale sent me a quote for the job. The prices and the charges of workmanship for the installation of the new cylinder; replacing of my leaking kitchen water taps and fixing the toilet flush were fair and reasonably. Also, it was very important that the Boiler & Install offered a 5-Year-Workmanship Gaurantee Certificate to show its customers its good workmanship and care to look after its customers after works had been done by them.

On the day, Chris came and spent the whole day from 8:30am to 7:30pm to sort all the problems in my flat. His skills, expertise knowledge and attention of details of the problems to fix all my faulty domestic appliances were excellent together with his care to look after my place clean and tidy while installing my cylinder and fixing my kitchen water taps and toilet flush. Chris also was very careful to check that everything had been properly and nicely done before he left.

Both of Chris and Dale were very customer-focused, friendly and helpful. They were both excellent. I definitely and highly would 100% recommend them to anybody who has problems with their hot-water cylinders and boilers both for its prices and customer-care.

Job was delt with quickly,the gentleman was very polite and managed to do his job in small place and tight spaces,he cleaned any mess made up and explained everything well. So please with how fast the response was and job being done with high standards.

This company converted my old boiler to a Viessmann combi and installed a new radiator. The two guys were punctual, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with the installation of a new boiler. Chris was super friendly and efficient, and he even came a second time to also install a new shower valve/hose/handset for no extra cost. We could not recommend The Boiler & Install Company enough.

Well. Excellent. I approached Harrison’s at a difficult time when i had a number of issues causing me to be under a lot of pressure then, in addition, my boiler first started to operate erratically and finally stopped working a few days before Christmas. Danny was excellent in assessing my needs and recommending a choice of three boilers. Each boiler had a different price range and features. Once I had selected a boiler I was very pleased that the company were able to fit it before Christmas. I otherwise was without hot water and heating. The fitting was done to the agreed schedule and was efficient and effective. The space around the boiler housing was left clean and tidy. The documentation was all handled by the company on my behalf. So, I didn’t want to spend money replacing my boiler but given that I didn’t have a choice, I am very happy that I used Harrison’s.

Chris was superb. Arrived on time, very professional, and diligent. He made sure that our new Vaillant boiler was installed perfectly, and the entire house was well balanced with the heating functioning as intended. He left the place very tidy, and took away our old boiler for disposal.
