Absolutely disgraceful and shameful behaviour from this provider they’re complete scammers who lie constantly they try to scam more money off you I would never recommend this company they are nothing but scammers who do not put anything in writing rather call you to scam you further. Avoid these scammers!

Absolute scam, I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. This has cost me £175.00 in cancellation fees because they claimed my return flight was available and I would have to pay an extra £280.00 to get it he flight. Steve should learn how to speak properly so we wouldn’t have to communicate via WhatsApp. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

First thing they answer the phone straight away no waiting even if you call 10 times to aske that's what I did 🙈 .Steve was really passionate and trying his best to find what I want. Any thing you're not sure call he answers or masg he will answer straight away

I had a great experience booking my flights with Jacob at Booknfly He clearly explained several flight options for my trip to Denver and the internal flight to New York helping me choose the best value option. The pricing was transparent including baggage for the international flight and he also informed me that baggage for the internal flight would need to be paid at the airport.

I received my booking confirmation and e-ticket the same day, and the entire journey went smoothly. Now that I’ve returned to the UK, I can confidently say I’m very happy I booked through Booknfly. I would definitely recommend their service. Cheers!

Same as others here. States one bag when booking but once booked the confirmation says no bags. They then call you to SCAM another few hundred pounds per person to book bags and refuse to issue tickets without bags. Stay well away from these scammers

This company is fraudulent, they refuse to issue your ticket until you call them, and when you do, they say you need to pay more money for them to allow you any luggage besides the 7kg hand luggage. they typically refused to issue my ticket until i had to call my bank to cancel the entire transaction.

Scammers , their website shows flight details with luggage and when the actual booking happens it says no baggage added , called them and now telling us that website changes every minutes

I booked my ticket from another company named “flightmover” but somehow this company booked my ticket, its confusing who you have actually booked with. I wouldn't use this or the other company again as I would prefer to stick with a more authentic company to keep things straightforward.

Spoke with Eric who helped me with my booking request. He reassured me of my flight confirmation and promplty followed up on my eticket when I didn't receive it at the expected time. Good and very responsive service.
