We've been working with Bookwhen for a number of years and would definitely recommend them. One of the main reasons we like working with Bookwhen is their customer service. They are responsive, happy to listen and will make innovations to fit in with the way we work.

Bookwhen has been brilliant for my business. It's saved me so much time with booking in customer appointments and I have been able to give people more choice around appointment times. And as a technophobe, it's surprisingly easy to use!

Loving the Bookwhen system. I find it reliable, robust and flexible. So fits my needs and if ever I have a query or problem, the help facility is my go to. If I am still stumped, the chat/online help team are quickly there to guide me, offering backup resources if necessary.

The site is really easy to use both as a customer and as an admin. I have used the customer service help chat facility more than once, and they always get back really quickly and make their instructions super clear. I'm not a great tech person but I have always understood what they said, and they always solved my issue. Would definitely recommend.

For a small monthly fee, it’s saved me loads of time and more importantly, saved me loads of stress in chasing customers for payments. I can customise courses, info and payment options, add discount codes or block booking discounts for customers. I get payments for courses much easier and earlier now than I did before, I can simply send customers the link to the site on WhatsApp rather than the old fashioned email and bank transfer payment which needed endless chasing. Customer support with the online live chat is great. I’m sure there are many more advanced options which I haven’t even tapped into yet but I do look forward to continue using Bookwhen for all my future course payments and trying out more new features over time.
Most of all, thank you for making me run my business more efficiently and saving me crucial time, which I can now spend with my family.

Always helpful chat line. Very easy step by step instructions if we’ve had any problems which have always resolved any issues. Very good . Would recommend as a booking site for your business.

Setting up an account is very easy and quick to do. There is lots of information to help you through the process and if you need further advice the responses on the chat line are very quick and helpful.

Very easy to set up, always had help if needed. Went between different levels on the system when not busy, they suggested to save money. Could not have been a better use of my time and a little money. Saved a serious amount of time previously spent chasing payments, emails and booking. Now I just sit and watch the bookings come in.

We evaluated a number of booking platforms before selecting Bookwhen. We were particularly looking for solid integration with platforms like Stripe and Paypal. The cutover to Bookwhen has been seamless and the support from Bookwhen for the few minor tweaks has been excellent.

Everything is clear and easy to use and if there is anything I don’t know I can find the answers in the help pages or contact the team for help. I’ve had such excellent support. Book when is a great way to manage your own bookings without having to contact head office and is the way forward for companies to step back from managing bookings and decrease the admin. Found it very useful for block bookings for an Acting class I attend every a week and can block for the whole term ahead.Easy and efficient to use

I’ve been using bookwhen.com for many years now. It’s very feature rich and I’m discovering more as I need them. For instance, I had to transfer multiple bookings from a cancelled to a future event and sure enough I found a move function to do it simply. Sometimes navigating can take a bit of digging and there’s occasional quirkiness, but 99% of the time it’s brilliant!

This site has been so great for my business. It has really helped to streamline how my clients book into a course and taken a lot of the hassle of the admin side of running courses there are lots of helpful guides to help you through setting everything up and customer support have been responsive.
