Really good customer service. The jacket was a bit larger than I thought I emailed and customer service helped right away .

Item as described. Took a couple of weeks to be delivered to Canada but otherwise experience was great.

Quality of product good.
However the item ordered was too big so unsuitable. A return was requested, the company initially tried to offer partial/negotiated refunds instead of a standard return, and later deducted fees from the refund which were not clearly set out in the returns policy. When queried, no clear reference to these charges was provided. It is worth checking return terms carefully before ordering from this company.

I have received the leather jacket and it seem bigger than i wanted and i felt that colour is not deep burgandy as I expected from the photo. Except those, the cutting, deisgn and the quality of it great. I really love it. then I contacted the customer service and explain them that I want to replace wit smaller size and mentioned about colour different. But they send me another one with colour and size I wanted again.

I've been looking for this coat for a while. I bought four similar coats from cheap online stores and got rubbish. It wasn't until I purchased thru Boreal that I finally got what I was looking for. Lush, soft, comfortable - feels like I'm wrapped in a warm embrace. The quality is outstanding ! Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $$$. You will not be disappointed.

I dont think I have ever ordered from a company that has such excellent customer service.Their faux fur coats are of the highest quality..i had a small issue with size and they fixed it and resent a size that worked.. I HIGHLY recommend this company

Great customer service and the products are really good quality. The dresses are gorgeous and I love my winter fur coat.

SHEIN SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

Received my jacket in the WRONG colour, all the tags were cut out, tried to email them for a refund / return and they just bounce back.

Save your money and just find it on Shein.....was literally $100 cheaper.....

Terrible!!!!

Order what looked like a beautiful dress. Splurged and spent a bit more than I would normally online because it looked like good quality. Came it was junk I don’t even think I would wear it to bed as pjs and it had a hole in the lace and when I went to message the company 5 times about the dress showing up damaged and nothing like what the photo showed I never heard back from them.

The products are too large and look very cheap. They are also impossible to return. If you reach out to customer service, the email comes back as undeliverable. AVOID!

Incredibly poor quality - shein like. Tried to return £200 worth of order and had to ask customer service over 5 times for the link to return to be told firstly they deduct an 8% handling fee - and then the portal requires photos - to which any photo is too large so it’s impossible. Total scam of a place do not recommend
