Bought a 15 day esim for the US with unlimited calls and data from Buzz eSIM. Was a bit nervous at first as wasn't sure if this was going to work when I arrived. To my amazement when I got to the US the eSIM was there and just needed to install and all worked perfectly for the 15 days with great coverage of data with T-mobile around Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bluff, Lake Powell and Bryce Canyon

Thank you for amazing service. I enjoyed unlimited texts, conversation and internet data. The price at first seemed above average, however once I arrived in USA - it appeared the price is just the same as for locals for the same tariff.
I believe buzz eSim is awesome for temporary travel purposes to avoid roaming payments.
Also the installation of eSim was really easy.

The ease of the app was great, I'm still to use the esim so not a full review yet, but everything was set out to easily understand and made my purchase easy.

The product never worked. Whilst the help desk responded to my requests, Their solutions were unhelpful and unproductive. I wanted a QR install in the end as this worked for me historically with another esim provider... BUT they do not do ESIMS!!
Not having an ESIM for my USA work trip cost me a fortune :-(

The initial information on how to set up was not clear and I had to contact them repeatedly to clarify. They did respond promptly, but each time did not fully answer my questions, so I had to email again. The esim did not work as expected. I kept getting messages that I had no data. This was an issue as my tickets for the park were on my phone. I ended up using wifi for my entire Disney/Universal vacation. They said I should have contacted them, but I was in the middle of a busy trip and going from early morning until late. I had no time to be be fiddling with this. Disappointed as there were so many positive reviews. My daughter's esim from another company worked perfectly.

I needed support to understand the how to install the eSIM, but I received almost immediate responses to my emails. Once I understood the process, the eSIM was easy to install.
Phone reception was very good. I had 5G UC service in Scottsdale AZ, even with only two bars on the phone. Best of all, the data quality was excellent wherever I went. I was able to use Waze and make WhatsApp calls all over the area.

Incredibly easy installation for an eSIM to the US. I didnt receive a message but when I went to my SIM manager in settings on the day it was there ready to be activated with one button. I had access to the Internet across Georgia and Florida, could contact my American friends via call/text and my English ones by WhatsApp making it perfect for my needs. Super affordable too! Thank you.

I purchased a pre paid 10 day eSIM for the United States. Because this was the US I did not get a QR code and without the code it was very confusing to get it set up. Also, as it turned out, I COULD NOT call or text a number outside of the states, this was not noted anywhere when purchasing. Generally, this was ok. After setting it up, it worked well and I was able to call and text (US numbers) and had 5G mobile data throughout almost all of Los Angles. When I struggled to set up the card I got in touch via WhatsApp and the crew responded quickly and helpfully. It cost me only about $25CAD for all 10 days. I would come back and purchase again, but I would be more cautious, and I hope the company will take some of this feedback and make changes to the info when purchasing and create more detailed setup guides.
