After reviewing your order, we believe the issue you mentioned is related to the complimentary gift. Your machine was successfully delivered to your address in Canada. We had also arranged a complimentary gift for you, but due to a temporary shortage caused by a high volume of orders at that time, the gift was delayed. Our latest update shows that it is currently in transit.

We currently operate warehouses in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, London, and Poland, and our warehouse team arranges shipment based on stock availability and the customer’s delivery address. Because of this, orders and accessories may ship from different warehouse locations.

We understand your concerns, and we also want to clarify that while there may be many similar-looking machines on the market, at Canta Esthetic we focus on higher-quality equipment and reliable long-term support. We do not choose low-grade production. Our machines are built with parts sourced from trusted quality suppliers, and every machine includes a 3-year warranty, lifetime technical support, free one-on-one training, and marketing support.

That said, we take product quality very seriously. Before shipment, each machine is inspected by our quality control team to help ensure it is working properly prior to dispatch.

For technical issues, we would not recommend relying on ChatGPT or other AI tools for diagnosis, as the guidance may not accurately reflect the specific condition of the machine. Our machines include a 3-year warranty and lifetime technical support. If a machine develops a problem during use, our engineers will first inspect whether it can be repaired. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts, we will arrange a replacement machine.

If a customer is not satisfied with the machine, we also support returns and refunds within 30 days, according to our return policy.

If a machine develops a problem during use, our engineers will first inspect whether the issue can be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts. If the problem cannot be fixed that way, we will arrange a replacement according to the warranty process. If the machine is still within the eligible return period and the customer is not satisfied, we also support returns and refunds in accordance with our return policy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for sharing your update. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this situation caused.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to invest in a machine and not be able to use it right away. After checking our records, it appears the warehouse team may have missed one accessory during packing, which is why the pelvic floor handle couldn’t be used at first. The good news is that this was related to a missing plug, not a problem with the machine itself. Even so, we also understand that without that part, the machine couldn’t function properly — and we take responsibility for making it right.

We coordinated internally and sent the correct replacement part to you, and we’re very glad to hear that everything is now working perfectly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to follow through and resolve it.

Hi Cameron — thanks for calling this out.

Under normal circumstances, Trustpilot review invitations are automatically triggered by our system once an order meets certain conditions. The whole point of this setup is to invite as many customers as possible, and it’s not based on whether someone is happy or unhappy.

That said, cases like yours can happen — where a customer simply doesn’t receive the invite. Common reasons include (but aren’t limited to):

The email gets filtered into Spam or Promotions

A typo in the email address, or the order email is different from the inbox you’re checking

Your email provider blocks or bounces automated messages (this is especially common with some business emails)

A sync delay between the order status and the invitation send time

Your feedback matters, and we’re taking it seriously. We’ll immediately review the invitation log for your order, and if needed we’ll re-send the Trustpilot invite (or help you complete the review another way).
