I ordered the 40k cavitation machine

I ordered the 40k cavitation machine, and it's proving to be an incredibly useful machine. Clients have seen inches off their waist, hips, and thighs. The machine itself is user-friendly and intuitive to use. The customer support with this company is really good too. I was unaware that it would be shipping from overseas, but a quick email exchange later and I was updated on the shipping info I was requesting. The machine came well-packaged inside a cardboard box that was inside a wooden box. All parts were included and it was also incredibly easy to assemble.

Don’t fall for free gifts with purchase

Ordered a 6:1 cavitation machine as part of the Valentines Day special (free cart+gel) and I have been waiting over a month for the cart+gel. Was told it would be shipped out separately from machine in 2 weeks. This was stated a month ago, still nothing. I am getting the run-around with customer support!

Pirate’s Tale

Promised accessories were never delivered and customer service keeps saying the item is “on the way” but cannot provide any tracking. It has now been 3 months.

The company presents itself as US-based and suggests items ship from the US, but when my order arrived I discovered the machine had actually been shipped directly from China.

The overall transaction felt very misleading. If I had wanted to order directly from China, I could have purchased the same type of machine for 1/3 of the price.

We had also arranged a complimentary gift for you, but due to a temporary shortage caused by a high volume of orders at that time, the gift was delayed. Our latest update shows that it is currently in transit.

We currently operate warehouses in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, London, and Poland, and our warehouse team arranges shipment based on stock availability and the customer’s delivery address. Because of this, orders and accessories may ship from different warehouse locations.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still don't have any shipping information. I've reached out multiple times via email, phone, and their chat feature. I received one response 2 weeks ago claiming I'd have my tracking number by now. Still nothing.

Terrible customer service

Shipping was very fast. Initially disappointed because there was no user manual with the product or online. I have to reaching out to the company. They sent me the appropriate user manuals, extended by warranty and gave excellent customer service.

Excellent experience with Canta Esthetic

Customer service support was excellent. The training on product was excellent which gave detailed instruction on how to operate the equipment. My over experience was excellent and due to this I will make a future purchase from Canta Esthetic.

Low quality

Cheap quality knockoff and I definitely do NOT recommend. Here's what happened: I used the device I bought from Canta's website only 2 times normally, and the 3rd time I used it stopped working right in the middle of the session! I was using everything according to the directions. Checked chat GPT for ideas and concluded that maybe it blew a fuse. So I changed the fuse, and still nothing, it's dead. Then I noticed the handles don't even plug in securely in the back, they are loose. Very flimsy design. Needless to say I'm not a happy customer. Next time I will buy on Amazon, they sell exactly the same machines, and there is easier recourse if it breaks down.

That said, we take product quality very seriously. Before shipment, each machine is inspected by our quality control team to help ensure it is working properly prior to dispatch.

For technical issues, we would not recommend relying on ChatGPT or other AI tools for diagnosis, as the guidance may not accurately reflect the specific condition of the machine. Our machines include a 3-year warranty and lifetime technical support. If a machine develops a problem during use, our engineers will first inspect whether it can be repaired. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts, we will arrange a replacement machine.

If a customer is not satisfied with the machine, we also support returns and refunds within 30 days, according to our return policy.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality hydra machine that leaks lots of fluid and suction is defective. I lost several customers because of this low quality machine from Canta Esthetics that keeps breaking down. For so-called support you have to deal with China or an AI bot that knows nothing whatsoever about esthetics. Save yourself the headache and get something better quality.

More on Canta !

More on Canta !! Based on their wonderful service, NOT, misrepresentations and error on currency, I decided that I no longer wanted the product and informed them that I would like to return it. Oh wait I have to ship it back to Hong Kong ?? That is really that was the answer I received. Oh and the promo item that sent back earlier to Toronto, well that has to be returned to Hong as Well. Honestly I am not making this up. What can I say about these folks... it just gets better and better. First time for everything I guess but shipping back to Asia is a new one. STAY AWAY.
One more thing... They will not provide me with a return shipping address unless I agree to the terms. I think they call that blackmail.

Updated : Buyer beware

Update: I recently received the necessary part. It definitely took longer than it should have but they did follow through . The machine works perfectly now.
* I purchased a $6000 machine with components that do not work. After trouble shooting emails and “training” I was made aware that a necessary plug was missing and they would send it to me. Now and after months of waiting. I was sent an email with return instructions. Returning this useless machine will be both complicated and costly.

Very unhappy with my purchase and with the feedback monitoring. And I never received the trust pilot review invite like I should. That also makes me annoyed. It's like just because I'm unhappy with the quality of the product, therefore I will receive no review invite? Not fair at all.

Under normal circumstances, Trustpilot review invitations are automatically triggered by our system once an order meets certain conditions. The whole point of this setup is to invite as many customers as possible, and it’s not based on whether someone is happy or unhappy.

That said, cases like yours can happen — where a customer simply doesn’t receive the invite. Common reasons include (but aren’t limited to):

The email gets filtered into Spam or Promotions

A typo in the email address, or the order email is different from the inbox you’re checking

Your email provider blocks or bounces automated messages (this is especially common with some business emails)

A sync delay between the order status and the invitation send time

Your feedback matters, and we’re taking it seriously. We’ll immediately review the invitation log for your order, and if needed we’ll re-send the Trustpilot invite (or help you complete the review another way).
