I've been using certapet for 4 years in a row now and love it. I've spoken to the same therapist every year and she's always been so kind and so helpful.

Certapet has been great. They've really been there for me to help me navigate the ESA process at every stage. The therapist they connected me with really understood my needs and I felt heard and fairly evaluated. I highly recommend.

I was a little Leary about using them, but my experience with the Physician was outstanding. Really took an interest in my mental illness and has been there for me through the whole lockdown. My chihuahua companion has been able to be by my side due to this wonderful company. Thank you for being there for the last two years.

The therapist was wonderful!
The issue I have is with PTSD and the letter I need is they are unable to write the letter for Canadian Citizens, yet the therapist and I both live in Canada yet she is unable to write the physiatrist support letter which makes no sense!

I had been receiving help from my hmo for my disability; but in spite of the beliefs of more than one therapist/psychiatrist, that a service animal would be highly beneficial; the hmo does not have policy in place to prescribe service dogs. My hmo doctor recommended Certapet to me. I have had some of the best therapy from my treating CP doctor that I’ve ever had. It has made an enormous impact on my health & mobility. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a true disability. Please do not try to use this company for some type of “free pass” for your pet. That behavior diminishes the access to people who have documented, severe needs.
