Definitely a scam business. Tickets were paid for, booking confirmed and an hour later I received a call saying an extra $1,000 was required to confirm and receive tickets. Definitely a bait & switch scam business!

I have great experience with cheapflyshop specially with Marc.

Do not use this company. They told me just hours before my booking that the flight was full. And they would give me a discount of paying double what I had originally paid. To get out on another flight same day. The agent and was rude and just kept saying it was my fault I agreed to the terms. Told me wouldn't get my money back till two hours before my flight was suppose to leave so I couldn't even rebook. Went back to the site they still offering the same flight after they said it was fully booked. Trying to scam more customers? I looked on west jets website there were flights available as well. I've documented it all.

I called the agency to add an extra checked baggage and Marc responded and helped me get the bag and helped me with check in and helped me with the boarding pass.
