Super friendly and helpful
Fran GL01 delivered 5 bags of heavy gravel for me at my allotment which doesnt even have an address and he found it and was super friendly snd even lifted the bags into my allotment for me. Lovely guy

Great communication
Great communication, texts and pre warning, delivery slot time was very accurate, driver was very helpful and approachable. Only thing that could make it better is a comment section on the safe place to leave - I work from home in the garden iv a salon and I didn't want to miss the delivery but I was at home so if I'd been able to leave that note on the system that would of been helpful - the driver was brilliant and followed my sticky note on door / checked first. But not all drivers are as thorough and people may miss deliveries for similar reasons.. Overall very pleased
