I had a delivery of items for the garden delivered including 10 sacks of salt which were 25kg each. The driver offered to lift them in to my property for me which was great for a 73 year old who can no longer exert himself. Brilliant service from NH42

The delivery of my flooring and gravel was well outside the quoted delivery window so I couldn’t be there to receive it, hence I’ve knocked one star off. However, it was a very hot day and my order was heavy and bulky, with the driver having to make several journeys up and down a path to leave it safe. I’d like to thank the driver of order no. 700054038 for the care they took in making sure my flooring was undamaged and nicely piled up.

Great delivery driver SC64, was very helpful and courteous. This the second time I have had this delivery driver and another great delivery experience.

Friendly and very helpful delivery man.

I was very disappointed with this delivery. The driver left the timber by the side of the road instead of bringing it into the garden, even though it was only a few steps away, the materials were left on the grass near the roadside, making it inconvenient for me to move them myself. What made it even more frustrating was that the previous driver, who was older, had no problem carrying a few wood into the garden. On top of that, this driver was rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service and a disappointing delivery experience.
