I don't even want to give them a star but it won't let me past the section to post a review. I booked a motorbike for quick service a car turned up... I asked the driver whether I was the only drop he said yes and would be going straight there I said look its tablets its urgent are you sure.it needs to be there by 15.18 he said it would and reassured me ...pah. .yes he said I will go straight there. time of arrival was 15.18 he got there at 16.32. I called several times to be cut off then when I got through very upset and frustrated as my friend was waiting to catch a train to Brighton which he missed because of CITYSPRINT or City drag your feet, go to lunch and take your time..... to add insult to injury I was told I was being rude... I was not.... I was upset... but basically they said well you got a car and that's that... if you order a bike it should be a bike if you can't provide the service paid for you should call the customer immediately and tell them you cannot please make alternative arrangements given the customer a choice instead of cheating them ....the driver then told his depot he never told me he was going straight to the drop...LIAR..yes am upset because I should have gone with Gophr who have better customer service. I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAINST AS YOU ARE UNRELIABLE
