I had a delivery from Wickes via CitySprint on 14th August & driver/handler SW84 Karl Davies couldn't have been more helpful. Delivered within the delivery time and the friendly delivery man took it to where I need it - 4 fence panels and a sheet of ply. Had time for a quick friendly chat too. Excellent!

My Wickes CitySprint delivery was perfect. I got a time slot the day before and the driver SW84 Karl Davies was friendly and helpful - he offered to take 3 20kg bags of concrete from his van to the garden. You can't get better service than that. Well done Karl and CitySprint.

Regularly order materials for business from Wickes, Swindon. Delivery was meant to be yesterday (5/8), but unfortunately our regular delivery driver wasn’t in and it was assigned to someone else who didn’t bother delivering it, in fact he didn’t even pick it up from the store, just pretended he had.
On phoning up Wickes this morning they spoke to our normal delivery driver, Karl Davies, who even though he had a full load for delivery today, did an extra delivery so he could get our materials to us today as he knew my husband would need them so he could work. This is exceptional service, Karl went above and beyond what he had too, and I very much appreciate it. Karl is not just one of the best, he is THE BEST!
