I had Augustus picking up 3 laptops
I had Augustus picking up 3 laptops, I asked him is there any kind of paper work to state this had been collected.
He got extremely defensive and started to state do I not trust him, then threatened to leave the laptops and I should call the company up again.
He started to get annoyed and talked over me, a simple transaction taking place turned into an argument because I asked for a simple proof of collection for three laptops.
Not saying they will go missing but once he’s dropped them off how do I know they will get logged or anything can go wrong.
Not great service at all, rather intimidating experience.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. My delivery driver Mark is so friendly and always has 5 minutes for a chat and always asks how I am. It takes me a little time to answer the door he waits patiently for me and says it's no trouble. Always arriving on time and rings me if I don't answer so I never miss my delivery

Mark SD08 delivered my NHS parcel with a smile. I've met Mark few times and he's always courteous & polite with a smile & quick chat. Always at agreed times & dates.

Helpful currier
The driver SD08 Mark was unsure where to park so phoned me with his exact location, still nearby, and apologised profusely about not being closer.
He was really not far away from my house so I popped out to pick up the parcel from him as this was easier than him driving around the block to park somewhere safe for him to deliver it to my door.
Very satisfied with his customer service. I was more than happy to pop and meet him. He definitely would have driven and delivered to my door but he didn't need to.
