Wickes order
tracking said to expect my order between 7-12, nothing arrived so i called the southampton office where the lady told me it will be between 3-4. Delivery ended up coming after 6pm with items missing that the delivery driver said will be turning up same day but didnt.

absolutely hopeless
absolutely hopeless. paid for over night delivery before 12 (noon). no tracking provided. i had to phone 4 times. Parcel didn't come as committed. said it was a third party provider DPD fault.
team in Southampton were useless. i quote i apologise it has not been delivered. what do you want me to do go to DPD myself and pick it up.
they couldn't care less.

Had a Wickes delivery from S057 Andrew Rose, such a lovely guy, really helpful let me know what time he would get to me and put my order in my garden for me. Nothing was to much for him. Such a great 5 star service from him!

Delivery was really prompt and the driver was so nice and polite. I wanted to do this review mainly to praise the driver. He delivered some extremely large heavy garden tiles all by himself. It should have been a 2 man job and for that reason he deserves recognition. SO50 Emerson is an asset to the company for going above and beyond in his duties.

He carry my delivery to garden for me.Five stars
He wrote this himself he was so keen for me to do it! Wonderful with one l and yes I was thrilled he carried them through the side gate as last time I dragged them I pulled a muscle in my groin which hurt for nearly 3 years. Very obliging chap. Thank you.0
