Absolutely dreadful. Supposed to deliver between 9am adn 1pm. Had a text saying my order was collected from Wickes at 8.43. Followed the tracker counting down stops. At 1pm tried to use chatbot to see where it was - it just said couldn't answer and disconnected. Searched website to find local depot and rang - they were closed. Rang Wickes who hunted around and said it hadn't even been picked up - the bags were 'wet' and so they wouldn't take them. Apparently it's beyond them to put a sheet over them. But the tracker says 'successfully delivered' which it certainly has not been! How they could have been updating that tracker knowing full well it hadn't even left the store is beyond me.

We live in Bermuda. I ordered the two day delivery option from the UK costing 170 pounds. It didn't arrive. City sprint sent me an email saying it was in my letter box. We don't have a letter box. I then complained and they said it was the fault of a a local delivery company. Didn't tell me which one. When I asked them to tell me who they use locally, they then sent an email saying that I should complain to the issuer of the documents and not the delivery company ie. them. Total rip off. Total lack of service. Total contempt.
Update: they did bother to find out that the local delivery company delivered to the wrong address. Sent nice picture of someone else's house. Their solution? To tell me to contact the company that sent the papers via THEM. Still not taking responsibility. Becoming actually laughable in their ripping off and passing the buck. I spent 170 pounds to be patronised and told to ask someone else to sort out their problem. They keep saying sorry. Just refund and stop being so passive aggressive. We tell kids to take responsibility for their mistakes but apparently it doesn't apply to delivery companies.

Even while working in the heat, he keeps a great attitude and works extremely hard. We really appreciate his effort and the care he puts into every delivery.

Delivery was on time and the delivery driver was friendly. He made sure I checked that all contents of the delivery were there and that I was happy with it. Definitely went above and beyond other deliveries companies.

Brilliant service, very professional and polite delivery driver my delivery arrived way before on time also helped me place the delivery due to being large shipment. I also dropped my mobile phone without realising and he noticed this lucky he did otherwise I would had issues looking for it as it was on the main road so thankyou top service! I highly recommend!!

James delivered three seriously heavy bags and when the trolley couldn't fit past my car he offered to carry them singly through to the patio. Very kind and above and beyond, I thought. He could have dumped them on the drive.
