As first-time buyers, we had a positive experience with Collective Legal. Our case was rather complicated, as some of the documentation/processes were transferred from a previous property purchase that had fallen through halfway. Anshuman was very efficient and he dealt with everything in a timely manner, despite working on several other cases simultaneously. He made sure that everything was looked into properly to avoid any legal issues post-completion, which gave us peace of mind. When he was unavailable, his colleague, Hibbah was always very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Collective Legal based on our experience with them.

We have just bought our first apartment with Collective Legal. The team was straightforward and easy to work with. A big thank you to Ravindu and Deumi for their help throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I'll try to be as brief as I can, but I am really sorry I hired collective.legal as my legal representatives to sell a flat.

from day one I had a buyer, that is renting the flat, and even with this it took more than 10 months to finalize the sale.

First the lawyer that was dealing with my case left the company - without telling me that she would leave - making my e-mails hit nothing.

Then I could not reach them by phone or by e-mail, messages would simply not be answered unless I CC'd the entire company. It was so bad that I had to call the buyer's solicitors and plead with them to tell me what documents I needed to send because my solicitors were AWOL.

The flat is sold, but there's more than 10 days and I haven't received the money yet, I do understand that this is supposed to be on the day of sale, maximum one day later. We called the company via all the phones we had and we got a final transfer day which was 2 days ago, and till now, nothing.

I'm really frustrated with this company, and I know this review doesn't fit with the other reviews here. It's absurd that I need to chase them over non-responsive e-mails, and phone calls, to receive what I paid for.

[edit on 05 of March of 2026] I have received a call from Collective Legal informing me that if I removed this review, they would give me back 200 GBP. I asked them to, before I touched anything, they provide a plan of improvements. This didn't happen, and now they are trying to remove this review via trustpilot.

Collective Legal were superb throughout.
Amana and Ravindu were very thorough and professional throughout the whole process.
They were most helpful when any queries came up that needed to be attended to and helped us navigate to a successful conclusion.
