This glass wear cant even fall in the category of fine blown glass. They are functional pieces of art! They are manufactured with the highest quality and are flawless. Better to order through Amazon
Ordered two stemless glasses in January (Order #126916). It kept getting delayed until March. When I asked “How do I go about cancelling my order if it doesn’t arrive by early March,” they took that as a cancellation. My belief is that they were going to delay my order a 4th time anyways and so cancelling it was easier for them.
I’m buying the Amazon competitors brand of these since they won’t delay my order for two months.

First of all, I would like to personally apologize for making you think that canceling your pre-order was easier for us.
I completely understand your disappointment with the delay in releasing your art pieces, so please allow me to convey why I have handled the situation this way.
The 'Sagrada' Stemless Wine Glasses you purchased were out of stock and on the web were available for pre-order. The estimated shipping date was February 20 but, due to delays in the shipping and storage, this date was postponed to March 6.
We understand the inconvenience it can cause to our treasured customers like you, so we were always transparent about this situation and have communicated this via email.
Then, when I received your message asking how to cancel the order, I'm so sorry Peter that I simply understood that you wanted to cancel it. I didn’t realize ahead that you only wanted to cancel it in case they weren't shipped by early March.
In my attempt to provide you with fast and efficient customer service, I canceled the order and refunded the costs to you because I wanted to give you full control of your money, so as not to cause you any further inconvenience. I did the best I could to solve the problem.
Nonetheless, I completely understand your frustration. I didn't ask and assumed you wanted to cancel it. And for that, I offer my most sincere apologies for this unfortunate misunderstanding, Peter.

Magnificent Glassware
On a business trip to Spain I fell in love with the Cornetbarcelona collection of fine glassware. I waited for USA availability the next holiday season and purchased 6 of Sagrada Stemless Goblet Wine glasses for my home and another set for our son's home. This past Christmas season I had the opportunity to purchase the Sagrada Ballon wine glasses for myself and son. Whenever they are used with guests they are a magnificent piece of work that leads to a "where did you get these beautiful glasses"discussion.

Poor Response to customer concern.
I paid for 2 day shipping to ensure that I would have the pieces to give as a gift for Christmas. The following day I received a tracking notice indicating that my 2 day shipping was really going to be 5 day shipping that would have the gift arriving after Christmas.
I had to quickly find and purchase another gift that I had not expected to expend funds on. My total cost for the order that I purchased from Coronet Barcelona was a little over $800.00.
I contacted on multiple occasions and the first response was automatically an apology for a delayed response due to the holidays. When I did receive a response, they were canned answers. There were no efforts to try to correct the issue.
I was reimbursed the 78.00 expedited shipping, but how is that a resolution? You refunded me monies I paid for a service I did not receive. The bigger issue was that I did not receive a very high end luxury gift costing over $700.00 that I had purchased for my wife in time to present it to her for Christmas.
Given that I had purchased a totally different gift for my wife, I did not make her aware of the art pieces that I purchased.
In light of no effort to resolve my dissatisfaction with this transaction, I have requested information on returning the order to your company. That was 3-4 days ago and I have received no response to that request.
Please provide this information at your earliest convenience. I would entertain a true effort to resolve this issue and would be willing to discuss that. If there will be no true effort, then please provide the return information and process.

I could confirm that your order was released via express delivery and it should have been delivered within 2 working days. However, as it was released on the day of Friday, the weekend doesn’t count in the transit days as our carriers don’t usually ship orders during the weekend. So I have issued a full shipping fee refund that you paid in your order.
As shared in our letters, we're very committed to giving the best service that our la Familia members deserve. And it is our commitment to show and give transparency to the real situation that we were having at that moment.
During the Holiday season, we have received reports that our carriers have been overwhelmed with the big volume of orders due to peak season. And for that reason, a small delay has occurred in your order.

They are beautiful but I was shocked to…
They are beautiful but I was shocked to see “Made in China” on the boxes I received to give as Christmas presents. I would not pay that much money for “Made in China”. In fact I do not buy any food ware that is “ Made in China” much less for special Christmas presents.
The advertising leads you to believe they are hand made in Barcelona. The fact they use “Asian” artisans is buried in the copy.
I had ordered some glasses previously in 2022 but had them sent to the gift recipient so I did not see the box sticker saying “Made In China”. I am very disappointed. I consider this deceptive advertising. I would have never had bought them. I also bought before 2022 and never realized they were not made in Barcelona. I will never be so deceived again, I hope.
I tried to leave a review on their website but I seem to only be able to read reviews not write one. No one mentions “Made in China”

Some of the wine glasses are handcrafted in the workshop located in a beautiful province in the north of this country, and please note that we’re proud to count on workshops that have more than 60 years of experience in the craft using traditional methods.
Our art pieces are designed in Barcelona and created by hand in two workshops around the world. They are located on two different continents: they are in Europe and in Asia. Our Asian workshop has a very long tradition of handcrafting and hand-painting artistic pieces, and they use traditional methods like the mouth-blown technique.
We are proud to have found these places that offer a long tradition of glass blowing for many centuries ago. Their glasses became very well known around the world and they continue this mastery nowadays.
Glass-making started in this region many centuries ago and it became an artistic and sculptural distinction of this region. Their reputation made their glasses spread around the rest of its Asian neighbors countries like India and Japan.
We can assure you that our highly skilled artists put a great deal of effort and dedication into each art piece. And you can rest assured that we have strict quality and regulations in all our workshops.
Sadly, this kind of art is disappearing, and thanks to our treasured customers, we can continue supporting and spreading this mouth-blowing glass tradition around the world.

I ordered these on 12/3 for a Christmas…
I ordered these on 12/3 for a Christmas gift. On 12/6 I was notified that they had shipped, however they have been sitting at the warehouse for over a week and I live 30 miles from the warehouse. A week later, I contacted Cornet Barcelona and they told me they had shipped, but tracking clearly shows they have not moved. I contacted their courier, who says they don't have them, and the response from their CA warehouse says "I'll be in touch" with no follow up. Three different inquiries just to get these glasses! I even offered to drive and pick them up at "will call". NOTHING! I really want to recommend this company, but am so disappointed and feel completely misled. Also, keep in mind they are located in Barcelona, so customer service is severely delayed due to the time difference. I need to get these shipped for a Christmas present and now it will be late or I'll have to pay a premium. If you want these for a gift, give yourself a lot more time than a month. You'll be lucky to get them.

As mentioned in our letters your package has been released since December 6, 2022.
However, due to a failure in scanning at the end of the carrier, it didn't show that they had possession of the package in their system.
With that said, I'd like to assure you that we always show transparency. Due to peak season and the high volume of packages that each courier is handling -- even though our warehouse center meets our shipment timeline for fulfillment (picking and packing the item and creating the label), the said reason above can unexpectedly delay the process.
And sadly, this kind of situation truly becomes beyond our control.

I completely understand how this issue caused inconvenience and we regret that this problem has occurred as we're very committed to giving the best service to all of our valued customers like you.
