I wouldn’t give any stars if I could
I wouldn’t give any stars if I could.
I ordered a mask as my old one was out of use. After waiting for mask to come, I received the rest of my order with a note saying my mask has been put on back order. Really? Take my money advertise a mask as available and not even inform me it’s out of stock. It’s a medical device that my life depends on and I had to call up to see what’s going on. I asked for a refund as I needed it ASAP which was conveniently put as a credit note instead. Very bad customer service. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. My advise is to do the same.

The solution to snoring, drooling, dry mouth and pulsatile tinnitus.
Although I don't use a CPAP machine, I needed something that would help me keep my mouth shut while I sleep to prevent snoring, dry mouth, drool on my pillow and pulsatile tinnitus. As to the latter, I found that the pounding stopped when I closed my mouth while trying to sleep but my mouth would slip open when I was relaxed. The chin and mouth strap has done what I needed it to do.
