He explained the benefits and convinced me to re-join. Initially, the price was higher than what I had previously paid, but after speaking with his manager, we agreed on a reduced price.

My team and I continue to receive very good support from our Account Manager Byron who is always quick to respond to queries as well as offering alternative options to resolve problems.
We have just embarked on a multi year agreement with CreditSafe which involved our Procurement team and Data Protection office. This was more complicated than expected but Byron was the conduit to help us reach a final agreement.
