The highest recommendation
I would highly recommend the above organisation when considering getting any type of dbs check . I cannot fault the speed, communication and value for money they offered.
At all stages I was able to email Eve ( who was professional, prompt and available at each hurdle keeping me informed of progress and answering any queries I had along the way.

Amazing customer service 💖
I honestly can’t thank Eve enough. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire DBS process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly, which really helped ease my anxiety. It’s rare to come across someone so understanding and efficient—Eve genuinely made a stressful process feel manageable and supported. I’m so grateful for her help!

I recommend this company…
I used DBS Umbrella Solution for the first time yesterday.
The process was simple with a very easy to navigate user interface.
The turn around was prompt as advertised and a nice touch to receive a follow up email from Maisie informing me the check was complete.
I’ve used other companies in the past but none were as efficient as this so I do recommend using them.

Slower than advertised, hidden fees.
Advertised as a really straight forward, easy to navigate process. This all suggesting that the checks are quick and easy.
I am currently a week in and the dbs check still hasn't been submitted. Further to this, there are 'hidden' additional fees regarding the digital Id checks. It is stated everywhere that it is quicker and easier to go through the digital Id route. However, aswell as having to pay a fee for the digital service, there is also then an added £6 admin fee?
I completely understand that the process will always have its sticking points. But the additional fees, mixed with the long time frame it has left me unsatisfied with the service unfortunately.
Very easy to make the purchase, but slow from this point.
In a nutshell, the system/ process isn't reactive enough!

Our onboarding process is in place to ensure all checks are completed compliantly and efficiently. Your application was submitted for processing as soon as eligibility requirements were confirmed and payment was made.
We understand the frustration around unexpected costs, but the Digital ID check - which was applied when you set up the application - is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions you signed during onboarding. While we do recommend the Digital ID route for its speed and convenience, any associated fees are made transparent within our terms including the full cost breakdown and any associated admin fees.
We always strive for a smooth and transparent experience, and we’re sorry if parts of the process felt unclear or slower than expected. We’ll continue to review our communications to ensure everything remains as clear and user-friendly as possible.
