Took much longer than expected
Took much longer than expected, had to chase it up with DBS myself, they weren’t helpful. Charged for online ID check but I used Royal Mail id verification. Better to use the government dbs check directly, cheaper and takes the same amount of time.

After reviewing your application, I can confirm that your DBS check was completed within 2 working days, which is well within the expected timeframe. While we understand the process can sometimes feel longer, once a DBS is with the police, we are only able to escalate it if it has been with them for 60 days. We always recommend applying at least 6 weeks in advance to allow for any potential delays.
Regarding the ID verification, we completed a Digital ID check using our IDSP provider, which is separate from the Royal Mail process. If you chose to complete an additional check independently, that would have been outside of our service.

Good service
Even though I wasn't able to get what I wanted, I received my refund, they provided good/helpful customer service with good communications. Compared to their competitors who were way too expensive, I really liked their prices.
