I booked a night in a hotel by the biai of this booking platform that I do not recommend.
Two days before check-in I received an email saying that the hotel I booked was overbooked.
However, it is now impossible to find another hotel last minute correspond to the rate I previously paid (school holiday, weekend, prices are too high now).
I find it unacceptable to send a poor apology email with 5% discount that we will never use due to our bad experience.
The least we could have done was to find another hotel. that’s the hotel.
This platform collects your money so you have to spend more at the last minute.
To avoid stress I absolutely do not recommend this platform.

Scam. They take your booking then15 minutes later tell you the booking is no longer available. I should have checked there reviews prior to using them. They promise a refund that you never see.

I booked through Dinogo and they never actually booked me a room. They just made me pay up front and never booked anything. Then their "customer service" gave me fake check in codes to keep looking under. They need to be taken off the list of options to book rooms under. I have not been this mad at a service in a long time.

This site is a complete fraud and scam. They quote you 30% cheaper than rivals and take the payment immediately.... then a few hours later send an email to say 'sorry... Hotel no longer has vacancy. We will refund. A month later ZERO sign of my £223.81 refund.... Now the tedious task of charge back! Even if they do eventually refund they have had the money for weeks and no doubt making money on the financial markets with it before refunding.

AVOID unless you enjoy chasing refunds and frustration

Booked a room for an upcoming trip. Called the week before to make a change and the hotel tells us that the booking was never made. Total scam. Oddly enough my credit card was hacked with multiple fraudulent charges in the weeks after my booking

They offered me the option to choose 1 bed or two beds. I needed two.

When arriving to the hotel, they say that they dont even have that kind of room with two beds, they dont exist. So I would have to downgrade without refund or sleep in single bed.

No good customer servive, no compensation for their misleading.

SCAM

Tried to charge me a random international currency on checkout to my card was not clear what the actual amount was going to be.

Also listed a room not listed anywhere else ( checked multiple 3rd party sites) At 1/3 of the price of any other price

Booking reference is not valid upon arrival,no room reservation under the booking number,Tks to our Good system fund was charged but refunded ,only trouble is need to replace a new Card 😞

Dinogo.de wurde mir jetzt bei 3 Hotelsuchen über Google Maps als günstigste Option angezeigt. Geht man dann auf den Link, sind die Zimmer DEUTLICH teurer. Ein Beispiel: Bungalow auf Bali für 2P 1N wird mit 47€ angezeigt, auf der Seite selbst dann 65€ PLUS 7€ Servicegebühr... also 72€. Also sage und schreibe 53% teurer. Das kann man nur als unlautere Machenschaften bezeichnen, grenzt schon ab Betrug.

Book a hotel at Perth, close to Elizabeth Quay. The price is good, checkin is smooth. It seems they partnered with a local agent but it is fine for me.
Weather is not very good these day but my trip is ok.

Booked twice, one success, one refund after 3 days. I found that they aggregate the prices from third parties. I am a hotel manager so I understand sometime our PMS connected to travel agents all the world.
Recommend: booked with paypal and paypal guarantee the refund if rooms are not reserved successfully.

Total scamming company, had trouble with the booking from the start then blamed the hotel, rang hotel directly and they advised they had not even called don’t deal with them

They are proffesional scammers, they publish low prices just so that people book and then they send an email saying that the price has increased and they keep part of the money. I have already reported them to the police.

IT IS A SCAM, I HAVE MADE A BOOKING AND DID NOT RECEIVED A CONFORMATION EMAIL REGARDING MY BOOKING. INSTEAD, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING FOR EXTRA CHARGE IN US DOLLAR, KNOWING THAT I HAVE PAID WITH MY COUNTRY CURRENCY WHICH EQUALS TO 540$. WHAT THEY ASKED MORE WAS 163$. I ASKED FOR A REFUND, BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THEY WILL MAKE THE REFUND OR NOT!

LITERALLY, IT IS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE THAT DESTROYS MY TRIP!!!!

I'm Hotel Manager, and we don't have partnership with Dinogo, the price that they display is 50% lower and avaibility also false

Thank god I checked on here. Seemed too good to be true. The payment options looked dodgy so I thought I'd see what the internet had to say about Dinogo - lucky escape for me this time!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
This is a fraud site; people do not trust these kinds of bustards. If you do not want to lose your hard-earned money trusting these kinds of portals, nothing to say. I am a hotel manager in INDIA, and we do not have any contact or tie-up with such cheap portals who always fraud to customers. I have personally checked through WhatsApp, but they literally cheat on people.

This is an alert for all those loyal and valuable customers who prefer to book their destination hotel or flight through ONLINE.

Google must remove this site immediatly as all reveiwers are having issues in addition to supposly severals others didt lerave reviews.
they might exist for 45 days to collect scamed money and leave.
i am lucky befor i proceed with booking, i told my self i must see their review, as I am not quite comfort with thier price???

Konnte nur in Asiatischer Währung bezahlt werden.

Rang the hotel advertised on their site, they said a big NO don't book as they have issues
