I'm a hotel marketing manager in Korea. I received an inquiry email related to dinogo from the customer and checked it and confirmed that it was a 'fraud' site where no reservations were made at the hotel. When I left an inquiry through whatsapp, I received a reply that I would refund it after 7 to 45 days. In fact, it is even doubtful whether a refund is possible or not. Never make a reservation on this site, and if you made a reservation, ask for feedback through whatsapp.
I'll be constantly leaving inquiries until I get a refund. If anyone has received a refund, please share it through the community or through this review site. I'll also share the situation with this review after 45 days.

They gave me a refund. I got the full amount I paid. It said it would take 7 to 45 days, but I was able to get a refund in about 2 days. If you need a refund, please request a refund through whatsapp.

SCAM. I am an hotel manager and I found our hotel at 50% of its price (an offer I didn't have on any channel).

It doesn't exist, in fact and we don't have any agreement with them or anybody else at those prices.

SCAM! We have a hotel, we don't know this company yet this site offers rooms when they are not available at all. Stay away and tell everybody to stay away

SCAM ALERT: They took my money, but the hotel said the booking hasn't gone through. The app shows my booking as successful, but when I contacted customer service, they said the room wasn't secured because the price went up. However, the same price and availability are still displayed on their site. I asked them to cancel the booking, and they agreed, but they said the refund would take 7-45 days. Ridiculous! I checked the app, and it doesn't indicate that the booking has been canceled or that a refund is in process.

When I tried getting CS help on this they did not help.

When our hotel room had booked out I was excited to see it available on this site but unfortunately a scam and thankfully read these reviews before committing. They come back to you with a heavily inflated rate. Google should be removing them from the hotel opportunities.

Made a booking but got an email shortly after that a top up is required to secure the room or I could also choose to get a refund. Did not receive any reply after requesting for refund. Please do not be fooled.

Increased price at the last second! The website takes all your details then says "The hotel increased the price"!

Scam website - price changes when you click checkout after they have your contact info.

As everyone has already said, clickbait and no real deals available! As soon as you are trying to check out the site says the hotel has increased its price by hundreds of dollars and there is that there is only 1 room left. The only positive is they do not take your credit card details before they tell you this!

what a scam. showed the price in one currency, but when you try to pay, it subtly changes it to another that makes it 4 times more expensive. i almost didn't notice! how is it that google doesn't vet these scam companies?valso, most of the rooms in most of the hotels with great prices are suddenly no longer available when you click through on google search. the only one that was available had this lame price trick. Avoid!

Click bait. This site lists a low price for pretty much any hotel when you search for it on Google maps. When you click through to Dinogo, the room is available etcetera. Only when it is time to make the payment, somebody else has suddenly booked the room.

But the same magical low price is still listed when you search for the hotel again on google

Don't waste your time as the price quoted will double as soon as you try to pay!
You probably found it on Google maps, don't think Google ever vet any company they bother to do business with.

I was sceptical about this website as the prices were way too good to be true. After reading reviews it was clear that my suspicions were correct and I also saw for myself that once you get to the payment page, the hotel miraculously has increased the price by more than double! Definitely would not recommend - clearly clickbait and a waste of time.

ABSOLUTELY CON. Click bait, display cheaper price then go to pay and price doubles. Avoid avoid avoid

Great prices on Google. When trying to book: supposedly someone took the room. Old scheme used to drag you to their webpage, once you are there, they want you to buy another option.
