Utter rubbish. Great price, but as soon as you go through to pay, the hotel has magically just doubled their price. If legit sites in the results alongside Di 'No-go' are showing double, that's because that's what it really is. Save your time and just book elsewhere

I didn't want to leave any stars but I wasn't able to. I've had to cancel my booking but it's impossible to contact them, either by message or telephone. I appreciate that the (very) small print states no cancellations or refunds but they should at least have the courtesy to speak to me and let the hotel know

Will more than double prices at checkout and charge way more than other sites.

I recently attempted to book a hotel through Dinogo after finding what seemed to be a great price via a Google search. The website indicated that there were three rooms available at this attractive rate, so I proceeded with the booking. However, once I tried to finalize my reservation, I was informed that the rooms had suddenly sold out and the only available options were significantly more expensive. Frustratingly, even after my failed booking attempt, the website still displayed the same hotel with three available rooms at the original low price. This experience felt like classic clickbait and a scam to lure customers in with false promises. I do not recommend using Dinogo for your travel bookings.

It's click and bait. You see a cheaper price for a Hotel room but when you book if try via PayPal they advise that room has been booked. Then becareful not using PayPal as they have currency conversion.

Avoid.

they give an ultra low price, then say it's been booked and you have to pay for a more expensive room

Einen Tag NACH der Hotelbuchung haben wir eine E-Mail erhalten, mit dem Hinweis, dass der Hotelpreis um 25% gestiegen sei.
Als Kulanz bezeichnet wurde uns zur Wahl gestellt, ob wir den neuen Preis akzeptieren oder eine Rückerstattung wollen.

Gesamter Buchungsprozess wirkte sehr unseriös. Zum Glück haben wir per Paypal gezahlt.

Would not recommend. They overcharge for bookings then blame currency conversion but they advertise in the country of origin currency then charge in USA $$$. Do not use

Unfortunately it’s scam, the advertise price is not available, they say it has just been booked … then you choose the more expensive one and don’t receive the confirmation!!! Run away!!!!!

They're lying about the price they give you cheaper price but once you booke the price goes up and you need to pay the difference.

Hatte versehentlich einen Tag später gebucht. Leider wurde mir dieser Tag nicht storniert, obwohl ich sofort eine Mail geschrieben habe.

Good prices but l’m stilling waiting for my refund from dinogo.
They sent me an email just before my arrival saying that I must pay for an upgrade or cancel the booking . Wait for refund 7 to 45 days .
Still now waiting for them to reply me back about my money .

Beware. They advertise cheap hotels and allow me to book (they even provided me with a Booking ID), but later, they send an email saying that the price has gone up and I must pay an additional cost. They allowed cancellation, but the refund will take 7-45 days.
