Very easy to use
Documentify is very easy to use, simply pick the document you need, fill out the required information, proofread it, and print. It’s that easy.
Be aware that this is a subscription service which allows you do to unlimited document during your subscription. This may or may not be advantageous to you.
I didn’t understand that, but luckily, Ernesto was understanding, and we worked everything out.

I chose Documentify to provide me with a bill of sale.
I chose Documentify to provide me with a vehicle bill of sale template because they only charged $1.99 for a 7 -day trial. It was easy to fill-in-the-blanks of the well-worded Document. The buyer was impressed, too. Canceling the trial on day 7 was a bit tricky, but there were real people manning the website to assist when I explained that the code wasn't working. I'll use them again should the need arise.

Was able to get needed eviction document. Forgot to cancel monthly subscription and Documentify’s customer service was EXTREMELY HELPFUL right away with getting everything sorted out & taken care of for me. They’re awesome & truly helpful. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I purchased a "Bill of Sale" document…
I purchased a "Bill of Sale" document from Documentify for the sale of a class 8 truck. The document was complete and easy to fill out and print, with copies for the buyer and seller.
Only issue was that I was signed up for a subscription that I did not request. My credit card was charged $39. I contacted Documentify and was refunded the money. I was contacted personally via email with an apology. I feel better about their services now.
I would use them again, but on an as needed basis, not a subscription basis.

The Follow up by their customer service representative was impressive and easy.
I had a concern & wasn’t clear on the way the subscription worked. I like the TEMPLATES that are listed on the website. I didn’t need a yearly plan.

WOW, great customer service
I paid $1.99 for a bill of sale. Documentify then charged me $39.99 twice.
I originally gave Documentify a one star review for the issue above.
When I notified them of the issue, they quickly, with a very personal response, cancelled the subscription and refunded all of my money.
This is great service I am not used to receiving.

I recently used Documentify for a resignation letter. After a quick search on google, many websites popped up with templates for a resignation letter. I gave documentify a try and found it to be very easy to use. The resignation letter was perfect. I signed up for the free week trial but forgot to cancel. I did not see myself using their services anytime soon. I reached out to customer support and I received a response right away. They satisfied my request. If you find yourself having to create different documents frequently, I highly recommend Documentify.
