You put plenty off deposits on and play plenty of money but you Ive notice you never seem to get a bonus or free spins and the game selection is smaller than other sites. Customer service don't want to do anything either. Avoid honest opinion

We're sorry this is your experience Marianne, but all the games are tested to ensure they run to the correct RTP as per our licence conditions.
We have winners and losers on the site and it seems that you just didn't get lucky. As for the game selection - we believe it to be comprehensive but are always looking to build on it with regular and new releases.

Owain was 5 star absolutely the best person in the company helped me a lot, other chat members especially drew was so unqualified didn’t understand any queries and didn’t help at all. They even stopped Owain from helping me. If the company had more Owains it would be much more successful… greyhounds that price up 2 minutes before the race is also terrible never known trader be so slow with prices.

Emailed asking how long as I had been waiting they asked for ID , address bank card. Ive explained it was an online disposable card and my name hadnt been changed yet and they just suspended my account without any communication !! I hope I'm at least getting the return of money I had put in. !!

Rest assured we won't be holding onto any money that is owed to you. The team have processes for dealing with online disposable cards and it's not the first time they've dealt with similar cases.

Regarding the limits applied to your account, we are always happy to engage with customers and help wherever we can within the confines of the regulations that we are required to follow as part of our licence.
We like to think that we take a more nuanced and pragmatic approach than many operators and will always encourage customers to work with us so that we can meet our regulatory obligations together. However, as a licensed operator regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, there are occasions where we must operate within a prescribed framework and have limited discretion.
Your point regarding the black market is certainly one that is often discussed within the industry. However, we would gently remind anyone considering that route that many of the protections found within the regulated market exist for good reason. When using a licensed operator, customers benefit from safeguards around the security of their funds, safer gambling protections, strict oversight, and access to independent dispute resolution should something go wrong. These protections simply do not exist when dealing with unlicensed operators.
Thank you again for your time with us and for leaving a balanced review. On a personal level, whilst we respect that every customer is free to make their own choices, we would encourage anyone considering the black market to think very carefully about the risks involved before doing so.
