Suspended my wife’s account mid game after a £40 deposit on Sunday don’t no what for ended up withdrawing the £25 back no email or anything to say why it suspended

Honest review!
I was looking for a new uk based site, came across dragon bet, obviously always check reviews first, sick of these foreign based sites who have no intention of paying you out etc, uploading documents etc etc.
however, deposited £30, and I guess my luck was in for a change, anyway my first withdrawal of £250 took around 30-40 mins, then I was lucky enough to withdraw around another 4 times, no problems at all money was in bank account each time around 5-15 minutes.
Haven’t used chat so can’t comment on that front, but overall my first experience with dragon bet was fine.
I have took a break for now lol, don’t want to give them any back for a while!!

Total rubbish don't use keep restricting your bets closed my account

just a bunch of amateurs site noddy and decided to give them a go after seeing them advertised on sky racing but after one day they tell me my account is suspended stick with bet 365 and Paddy Power poor show

Stay well away from this site. 0 rtp if your looking to throw away money use the bin don’t give it to these money grabbing thieves!!! I don’t want to see no bs reply trying to make it look like I’m just a sore looser, I have gave this site many of goes and still the same outcome. i have been struggling on line punter for many restrictions , stake restrictions , withdrawal restrictions , KYC restrictions , Affordability checks !!!!!!!!
but in dragonbet i have found a bookmaker who takes my bets ( even in filthy each ways ) and pays out promptly , indeed my winnings are usually in my account before my stake money has gone out !!!!!......Highly Highly recommended......

I think this is a decent site ... good selection of games and fast withdrawals.

I wouldn’t trust this site signed up deposited over 700 on big bass I had 4 bonus games and all of them played shocking didn’t even boost me to 80£ I thought I’ll chase it but this site doesn’t even give you sniff or a good play wouldn’t recommend and ino the owner will come back with somthing patronising and sarcastic as I’ve seen his other reply’s . wish id of looked at the reviews before blowing my money on this awful site

Which is incorrect. When I played on this site, I eventually got figures from them and EVERY Big Bass game I played, paid averages LESS than the advertised RTP percentage.
Literally every single game, not one or two or half of them. Every one.

I’ve moved on to another site, where they at least treat you fairly and look into any issues. Other sites give you bonuses or free spins regardless of who you are, and don’t just favour a small clan who will take all that’s given to them while laughing at the rest of us.

Hopefully the reviews on here will stop others from signing up. There are plenty of other sites out there where you’ll get a fair crack of the whip.

As there’s no facility to reply to their reply, I’ll do so here.
Note that they cannot answer why every one of their Big Bass games, played over numerous sessions over many days/weeks, paid less that it’s advertised RTP. There comes a point when it’s a mathematical impossibility to simply be bad luck on each game, and that’s why they can’t give an explanation.
We also only have their word (or any casino) of the fairness or returns of any games. There is no data available to us to see, all I had to go on was my own stakes and returns, thus RTP, over a lengthy period of time.
One good thing however, is it seems their YouTube channel which constantly showed its regulars achieving unlikely and very rare wins, has ceased. I can’t understand why it was allowed to continue for so long.

If you’re considering signing up don’t bother. I signed up purely for the sign up bonus followed the instructions step by step and received no bonus bets. The worst thing is I can’t find anyway to contact them. Bet with someone else

Just another scam site. Avoid at all costs all wins below stake, bonuses when active are short lived full of empty spins and don’t pay anything out. Empty spins from start to finish. Taken videos of gameplay to share on Reddit YouTube and Facebook as a warning to others. How bad it actually is would be funny if you weren’t actually getting robbed. Shameful. they claim to represent Wales too, not sure the people of wales would want anything to do with these scammers let alone be represented by them. Avoid avoid avoid

Just recently joined dragon bet just to try out these new sites and see what they are like.
The sites clear and easy enough to navigate and it’s quick enough for approval of documents and the staff were helpful in doing so, but the one thing customers want is an instant release of withdrawals, and it has only taken minutes for the transaction to go through, 9/10 so far

DragonBet, when it comes to paying out it really does Dragon and on and on. £18 withdrawn, 4 hours later still not in account, why? Hills and Midnite, in the time it takes you to leave their sites and sign into your banking the payment has been made, 1 minute. DragonBet need to update their system.

Stay away costs a lot to get bonuses like 100 there abouts and you never win more than you bet very poor site much better out there

I placed a 5 fold bet. When checking the results the following day, I couldn’t find a selection on the day scores and discovered that the event had actually finished before id even placed the bet. (My selection lost) and the other 4 had won. Raised it with customer services and 5 minutes later the bet was adjusted and paid as a winner. I got very lucky, but most sites would have delayed this and made a mountain out of it. Duncan was brilliant and showed a good sense of humour. Top class.
