On December 12, 2023 I purchased two items from Dribbleup as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren that I had shipped directly to them. Upon recently checking my credit card statement I saw a charge for $16.99 for a membership that I did not sign up for with dribbleup, and found that in January, and December as well that I was charged $16.99 for membership. No where in the purchasing process did I see anything that said I would automatically be enrolled in a monthly membership or I would never have purchased anything from this website. When I contacted them, they said they will credit me for the February charge but not the December & January charge as that was past 30 days.
After reading all 51 negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau’s website as well as 39 complaints filed it’s obvious that many people were misled by Dribbleup.

Great product. Bought this for my grandkids and they are both enjoying the drills and getting great workouts.

I bought this for my son, but I realized we couldn’t do the membership right now so I returned it. They have the best most responsive customer service. No Hassle complete refund no questions asked quick and polite. What a pleasant surprise. I will be buying again!

Customer service sucks , you have to go through this computer or emails to figure things out

Our stand (that holds the device) broke after only a few uses. I emailed customer service and had a perfect new stand by the end of the week! Great customer care!

I purchased dribble up for a gift. Before I even received the product my daughter told me there was not enough space in her small home. So I requested a refund. They were understanding and quickly sent me return labels. The customer service I received has been great, as great as I thought of the product. I think this would be good for any child that aspires to grow in sports.

Great customer service with good options to fit your needs. Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas to help with her basketball skills. Fun for the kids!

Great product, prompt response from customer service. Kids getting a good workout while having fun and sharpening their soccer skills. Our soccer ball had a defect and I was worried we may be out of luck, but we had an immediate replacement shipped out to us. A company that really stands by its product and its customers. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. They do what they say, they will, very promptly. Companies today should take a look at what they do. Everyone would be happy.

Great customer service! Never had any issues and very prompt with replying through email. Ordered the wrong size soccer ball and wanted to exchange it was so simple and no hassle. My nephew loves his basketball and just waiting for the soccer ball for my niece.

I purchased this for my son and thought it would be great for him. Unfortunately he didn’t agree. 🤣 Nonetheless, I think this is an awesome idea. Customer Service was amazing in assisting me in returning it. I highly recommend this product!!!

So far so good. Customer service was excellent! I some how managed to order the wrong size basketball and it was handled within a few hours. Can't wait to see the progress of my boys once we receive it. Definitely will be back with an updated review.

I’m bought a soccer ball and a basketball for my nephews. The basketball wouldn’t hold any air. Customer service was EXCELLENT! I got a replacement in the mail in a week!

Don't buy this product. They don't advertise it well, but there is a monthly service fee that they automatically charge you without appropriately informing you. It is a complete scam!

Son didn’t really like and didn’t enjoy it! Returned for money back! Had to follow up as they only credited the ball when I sent the ball and the stand- but they credited me back quickly after just 1 email. Just not for us!

The ball we received was defective. After a quick chat and an emailed picture of the ball we were shipped a new one without any question. Great customer service.

I purchased the Dribbleup basketball, plus a program subscription, as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loved it, and, almost immediately, noticed improvement in his dribbling as well as ball handling skills. Unfortunately, the ball started leaking air and had to be inflated after each use. After explaining the situation Dribbleup of the problem, they sent a new basketball, with very few questions asked. I couldn’t be more pleased with their understanding and quick response. Their customer service is excellent!! Thank you, Dribbleup!!

Purchased this for Christmas. My son used this multiple times and for weeks until one day, the camera and sensor stopped working. Would stop following the ball. Numerous emails to customer service and no one can give you a straight answer. App is not up to date and is not compatible with the iPad that it claims. Still waiting for them to fix the "bugs" that are associated with the app. Customer service makes you feel like an idiot with all of their questions over and over. I am paying for something that I cannot use. Do I need to get my bank involved??
