O echipa excelenta!

Echipa 365 de la aeroportul din Heraklion a fost mereu punctuala si pe pozitie. Masina oferita era noua, sub 10.000km, in stare impecabila. Comunicarea excelenta pe durata inchirierii. Predarea masinii s-a facut in cele mai bune conditii. Recomand, mai ales ca au o flota de masini noi si dotate.

Amende de 300E pour avoir utilisé la voiture sur route non pavée en Albanie

Lors de la récupération du véhicule on vous fait signer un document en plus du contrat de location dans lequel ils spécifient que le “off-road” est interdit. Ne sachant que ce qu’ils voulaient dire c’est qu’il s’agit d’emprunter les routes non pavées, j’ai emprunté une route pour un lieu très touristique (lac bovilla) et j’ai reçu un appel de l’agence de location pour m’informer que j’avais transgressé et que j’allais être facturé 300euro d’amende au retour de ma location.
Sachant qu’environ 20% des routes albanaises sont non pavées…il est difficile d’y échapper. Surtout si vous allez à la plage.
Cependant dans le contrat rien ne stipulait cette amende de 300 euro.
Au retour de la voiture l’agent m’engueulait comme si j’avais détruit sa voiture et m’imposait le paiement de cette amende. J’ai vérifié sur le contrat de location et rien n’était indiqué…après 30min d’échanges il a dit que je pouvais payer 150 euro et qu’il allait me laisser partir. Au final j’ai accepté car je devais prendre l’avion. Mais cette affaire m’a juste parue comme une escroquerie pour soutirer plus d’argent aux locataires des voitures (un couple qui retournait la voiture après moi subissaient le même sort) surtout parce qu’ils ne regardaient même pas l’état de la voiture alors qu’ils expliquaient que l’amende était pour les dommages causés après avoir emprunté la route non pavée. C’est uniquement l’agence drive365 de Tirana. Si Drive365 invoque leurs termes et conditions c’est bien ce que je reproche, RIEN dans leurs termes et conditions mentionne une amende de 300 euros dans le cas de non-respect de la consigne. Comme pour toutes les locations, il est normal de payer les réparations s’il y a dommage à la voiture…mais ce n’était pas le cas.

Restricted roads / areas of use
Off-road driving is prohibited. Driving on poorly paved or unpaved roads, that could cause damage to the vehicle, is prohibited. In any of the above cases insurance cover is not applicable, and the driver is responsible for the whole damage cost.

Ce sont des voleurs .Aucun dégât sur la voiture mais ils ont regarde en dessous juste à l endroit ou il y avait une rayure. Scenario à priori connu j aurai du lire les avis avant.ca me coute 963 euros tout ca car je n ai pas voulu prendre leur assurance.
Il prenne le déposit.Entreprise pas sérieuse

Please note, as stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Otoq, CDW does not provide any cover concerning damages caused at the underside part of the vehicle, parts of the interior of the vehicle.

Therefore, the damage caused to the vehicle in the Nearside Front Bumper is not covered by the insurance policy. In this case Fees are charged to the driver.

Bonjour,
Après une très mauvaise expérience à avoir loué, un véhicule à la société Drive 365 par la plate forme discover car a Heraklion ,
Je vous déconseille très fortement cette société-là , car nous sommes tombés sur une escroquerie. À la réception nous avons effectué une empreinte carte bleue de 1400 €. Le véhicule était propre et impeccable ,
le jour de la restitution du véhicule. La personne n’est pas venue au rendez-vous
du coup nous avons dû garer le véhicule sur un parking pour pouvoir prendre notre avion Tout simplement pour que deux jours après il nous prélève le montant de 1400 € de l’empreinte carte bleue que nous avons fait
et pour justifier cela nous avons reçu une fausse facture de 1400 € (comme par hasard) pour soi-disant un pare-chocs accroché, alors que j’ai fait l’état des lieux de véhicule avec les photos à l’appui , la fourrière et des frais annexes , c’est des voleurs, et apparemment ils sont connus pour des escroqueries comme celle-ci bien rodée
Faites très attention. ⚠️

It appears there might have been a misunderstanding regarding your reservation. Let us clarify on the unpleasant situation that took place during the vehicle drop off.
We hope this provides a clearer picture of the situation.

It is important to note, the vehicle drop off was scheduled for 17.08.2024 at 11:00. Our representative attempted to coordinate the scheduled vehicle return with you, however, the proposal was denied by you.
The vehicle was returned one day later, was left at an incorrect location, and was in a damaged condition.
The vehicle was removed by authorities due to illegal parking.
Please note, the charges are due to violations of the rental agreement you signed.

Ça s’est bien passé et le prix est…

Ça s’est bien passé et le prix est assez attractif et ils sont assez dispos lorsqu’on arrive à les joindre…mais attention tout de même à bien vérifier tous les défauts de la voiture…. Meme les plus petits et les faire mentionner dans le constat de départ. Attention aussi, car lorsqu’ils viennent récupérer la voiture, ils n’hésitent pas à regarder sous la voiture lorsqu’ils ne voient rien d’autres à facturer sur la carrosserie !

A mixed experience…

Upon arriving at the expected time in Heraklion, we had to wait for an hour before our car was available. During this time, it was hard to get a hold of Drive365 and we were left standing around.

When the car eventually arrived, the representative (George) was friendly and helpful. The car itself was spotless, and I was satisfied with the experience dispite the bumpy start.

However, today marks the 1 month anniversary of the car being returned to Drive365, in spotless condition, with the agreed level of fuel, and the deposit on my credit card has still not been released. It is a large deposit and I find this unacceptable. Perhaps the fault lies with DiscoverCars, but it should not be my concern.

A fuir !

Agence d'heraklion :
A éviter absolument, soit disant attend avec la voiture à l'aéroport mais ce n'est pas vraiment le cas. Personne a l'heure du rdv, obligé d'appeler la plateforme.
Le jeune envoyé au casse pipe par le loueur arrive avec plus d'une demi-heure en retard et regarde avec insistance nos valises.
Pour cause, le véhicule n'est pas celui que j'ai réservé, il s'agit d'une 208 (categorie petite) alors que j'avais réservé une Fiat Tipo (catégorie moyenne). La Fiat aurait été donné 2 h avant !!! Seule la 208 est disponible.
On est 4 adultes avec 2 valises de 20kg et 2 valises cabine.
Le gars joue à Tétris avec les 2 valises de 20kg avant d'admettre que ça ne rentrera jamais dans le coffre. Seul proposition faire livrer mes valises à mon hôtel et au retour je fais comment ?
Un geste commercial après demande, 10% de rabais, ce qui fais 50 € pour faire 2 x 150 km avec les valises sur les genoux.
Zéro excuses, un vrai manque de respect (pour être poli).
En appelant aussitôt Discovercars, j'ai réussi à me faire rembourser l'acompte mais louer une voiture moyenne le jour même chez un autre loueur m'a coûté 350 € de plus que lors de la réservation 6 mois avant.
DRIVE365 PLUS JAMAIS !!!!

À éviter !! Il profite d’avoir des voiture déjà abîmé pour facturer au client des défauts qui était déjà présent.
Comment aurais-je pu voir qu’il y avait un choc sur le véhicule en dessous du par choc en récupérant le véhicule à 22PM ?! Le personnel d’accueil accueillant mais ne sachant pas quelle décision prendre.

Drive 365 were very responsive and accommodating

Drive 365 were very responsive and accomodating to our small changes on the rental like early return. The car was great a good size with apple car play and ver clean and tidy. I would rent from them again.

Avoid this car rental company

One of the worst car rental I ever tried.
We had to pay a fine of 40eur just because we arrived after 10pm (due to the delay of our flight, so we couldn't avoid that).

Plus at arrival they didn't want to give me the car I've chosen but they wanted to give me another one, pretending it was the same category.

Awful service.

Arnaqueur

Lors de la location, une voiture m’est rentrée dedans par l’arrière. Le conducteur n’a pas freiné à temps. Je n’étais pas responsable de l’accident. Làssurance de l’autre conducteur va rembourser Drive 365, mais ce dernier a gardé ma caution de 900€ et refuse de me la rendre. Ils seront donc payés deux fois. Je n’arrive pas à récupérer ma caution.

Avoid renting a car from this company

Avoid renting a car from this company. They charged us for damages caused by previous renters and added hidden fees. The insurance they offer is completely worthless. We also had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the car, and they blamed us for the flight delay. This is a scam.

Unavailable car last minute and no apologies or compensation

I would have given it 1 star if it wasn’t for the youg man checking us in and out who was nice to deal with.
Unfortunately the rest of the experience not so great,
About 24 hour before our rental started we were told that our car was unavailable and had no other suitable car, this was extremely frustrating as we couldn’t cancel and find another suitable car with another provider, we had a family of 5 and and we were supplied with a peugeot 208, which was a very tight squeeze.
We werent really offered any good prices as we were stuck with this rental and struggled to actually enjoy crete as we couldn’t travel
comfortably.
I would stay clear from this rental company, reading other reviews there seems to be a pattern of cars not being available and referring to the Peugeot 208, i felt a little cheated.

I had reserve a car in april and they…

I had reserve a car in april and they contacted me 3 days before saying that due an accident the car was not available. They offered me a car of a lower categorie asking for an higher prize. After my complaints they reduce the prize. Then they arrived late at the pick on and one child seat was missing. I had to wait almost one hour to get car ready to leave.
