Je ne suis pas satisfait de votre prestation
Tout d’abord mon avion a du retard et vous me dites que la voiture que j’ai retenu sur le net n’est plus libre. Donc en une heure vous avez déjà réussi à la relouer, belle efficacité !!!!
Résultat on me propose une nouvelle voiture mais 50 € plus chère bien évidemment
Rien à dire sur la voiture qui était neuve
Ensuite au retour de la voiture une inspection de plus de 30 minute effectuée par votre salarié qui trouve quelque chose sous le bouclier avant et m’annonce une retenue de près de 400€ sur la caution
400€ je ne sais quelle raison qui ne se voit pas!!!???
J’appelle ça du vol!!!

Excellent Experience with Drive365 Car rental.

I recently rented a car from Drive365 and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and convenient.

Firstly, the booking process was a breeze. The options available were diverse, catering to different preferences and budgets.

Upon arrival to pick up the car, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They made sure all the paperwork was in order and answered any questions I had. The car itself was in pristine condition, clean inside and out, and ran smoothly throughout the duration of my rental.

Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. The staff was prompt in inspecting the vehicle and processing the return, allowing me to get on with my day without any hassle.

Smooth car pick-up & return at Heraklion airport. Car almost new (~3,000km), good value for money. Drive365 has no booth at Heraklion airport, you need to call them and they will deliver / pick-up the car in minutes.

This was the best car rental experience I have ever had! It was so convenient to be met at the arrivals exit, immediately get in the car without a walk or shuttle ride and be able to drive off in minutes The check in process was thorough but very fast. Then, returning was even easier - right at the departure gate. The car we received was in impeccable condition. It was greatly appreciated to have one less headache when travelling abroad, I highly recommend Drive365 and will use again myself on future trips!

It was an awful experience. It was hard to find the agent because there is not an fysical office. We booked a babysit but it wasnt there. The agent was looking for a babysit while we were waiting with the baby in the rain. He didn't find a safe and suitable babysit, so we couldnt drive with our baby. The car was not the car we booked but a "similar" car, but this wasn't similar because it was a smaller car. The agent got irritated and left us with our baby at the road in the rain and left. It feels unhuman and horrible to be left behind with a young child on your start of the vacation. Never again and please don't book with drive365.

Dobry kontakt z obsługą .Punktualni. Może zbyt szczegółowi przy odbiorze auta co wprowadza niepotrzebne napięcie .Auto nowe choć silnik niestety o bardzo małej mocy co powodowało dyskomfort w czasie jazdy po stromych i krętych drogach. Zbyt wysoki depozyt za wypożyczenie ale za to natychmiastowy zwrot na kartę kredytową. Ogólnie polecam.

We used Drive365 for a 10-day car rental in Crete. The whole experience was excellent:
1. A most efficient 'meet and greet' service at both pick-up and drop-off at Heraklion airport, by a delightfully courteous and efficient Drive365 agent.
2. Allocation of an immaculate new Peugeot 208 - a compact car (ideal for tight roads/lanes/spaces in Crete!).
3. An on-line sign up in the car.
4. Assurance of support that was only a phone-call/text away if needed.
5. A great value price.
While we were very careful about the care of the car - (through vigilant driving, choice of parking location, etc) to ensure no condition issues on return, this ranks as the best car rental experience I have had.

On est venu me déposer la voiture à l'aéroport, c'était rapide et efficace.
Je recommande.

Location à l´aeroport d´Heraklion. Il sont venus nous chercher à la sortie directement avec la voiture, donc très pratique car on l´a eu immediatement. Revision de tout l´exterieur, enregistrement video et trace papier. Pratique.
Au retour ils ont regardé les bas de la voiture, alors qu´on ne l´avait pas regardé au départ, mais il n´y avait aucun degat. Mais tenez-en cependant compte si vous louez en Crete car les chemins sont souvent en terre avec de cailloux, donc il peut y avoir de projections ou des chocs.
Personnel très aimable et parlant bien l´anglais.
Véhicule très propre.
