Expensive, ultra slow delivery
Is the second time I'm expecting a parcel from this company as the company I bought the item are using these incompetents.
Same story, 2on time. Parcel took more than 3 weeks coming from Poland after I had to pay 170€ delivery (honestly, for that delivery price, the parcel should come by plane). After waiting over 3 weeks the parcel was out for delivery one day, and the next day, and the following day, then weekend, then bank holiday, and I'm still waiting for it. As I said this is the second time it happened the same to me and I just used them twice. I hope I don't see them never again and If any company is using them as a delivery, well, they lost already a customer.
I forgot to mention that when the parcel reached Ireland I got an email to confirm delivery date, contact and any other instruction. I answered their email in less than 15 min with cleat instructions and everything they asked but well, as I was expecting, they didn't even read my reply.

Var selv lidt bekymret over anmeldelser her. Men må bare sige ALT blev gjort til skamme. God kommunikation inden levering, meget flink mand ringede 30 minutter før levering (Mikkel i Nordjylland), levering i aftalte tidsrum.

Pathetic service, kept sending me an invoice with incorrect address details, i replied 4 times as instructed in the emails requesting a revised invoice but didn't get one reply, I then called and spoke to somebody who promised to send me a revised invoice but never had a reply - utterly non-existent customer service from this company

DSV blijkt een enorme storing te hebben al een paar weken. Het hele distributie netwerk ligt plat. Onze pallet staat al 3 weken vast in Nederland wat naar Kroatie toe moet. Telefoons wordt niet opgenomen laat staan klanten te woord gestaan. Nergens is er een persbericht te vinden over deze storing laat staan dat ze het probleem oplossen.

Via DSV heb ik een pakket laten bezorgen. Door toedoen van DSV is het pakket echter zodanig beschadigd aangekomen dat het praktisch onbruikbaar is geworden. Dat dit kan gebeuren is vervelend, maar nog tot daaraan toe.
Wat het echt teleurstellend maakt, is de afhandeling daarna. Pogingen om contact te krijgen verlopen moeizaam en wanneer er contact is, word je helaas niet serieus genomen. Er wordt geen duidelijke oplossing geboden en verantwoordelijkheid lijkt te ontbreken.
Al met al een erg slechte ervaring, met name door de gebrekkige klantenservice.

I ordered a sink from Habitium and DSV keep forgetting it / leaving it at the depot / not loading it. It has been in DSV possession for almost THREE MONTHS.
This is the worst courier service I have ever experienced in my life. It couldn’t be worse if it tried.
DSV warehouse money kickbacks to the manager.
I paid the DSV Okanella manager, Sherol Boutte inside the DSV Okanella warehouse money to be able to work overtime and secure my position with the company. I also was coerced into purchasing products inside the DSV warehouse in return for overtime. Once I stopped giving the manager zelle cash payments, I was treated unfairly at DSV Okanella warehouse.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I received from DSV Courier concerning the delivery of my card.
On the scheduled delivery day, I received an SMS stating that the courier was “outside,” however no courier arrived at the provided delivery address. At no point did anyone attempt to contact me telephonically, despite my contact details being available. The only communication I received was the SMS, which was inaccurate and misleading.
This lack of effort to make proper contact or ensure a successful delivery is unacceptable. As a result of this failed delivery, I have been severely inconvenienced. I had planned to travel to Durban, but I am now forced to postpone my trip because I have not received my card as expected.
I find this level of service extremely disappointing, especially considering the importance of the item being delivered. I expect a professional courier service to make reasonable efforts to contact the client and complete the delivery, which was clearly not done in this case.

Appauling company- every part of the process was terrible. Billed me for £1800 that i was not due to pay. Wouldn't release my pallet until I paid it. They also 'lost' the pallet and it took weeks to deliver. No response from the many email addresses and people within the company who I have tried to contact. The delivery driver was rude and said he couldn't deliver a pallet to me address (despite pallets regularly being delivered by other companies). AWFUL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be reporting them to the UK consumer ombudsman.

I was employed at DSV’s Amsterdam Westpoort facility through a staffing agency. Although the tasks themselves were simple and manageable, the working environment was unacceptable due to widespread sexual harassment and a complete failure of management and agency support.
I personally experienced stalking by a male colleague. Despite formally reporting the incident to both DSV’s HR department and my staffing agency, no effective action was taken. Female employees were routinely sexualized, objectified, and subjected to persistent unwanted advances. On multiple occasions, women who complained were advised by the agency to “cover up more” or adjust their clothing, rather than the perpetrators being disciplined or educated on professional boundaries.
The frequency of inappropriate comments, unsolicited requests for dates, and overt harassment was extreme; it occurred daily and created an environment where many women, including myself, felt unsafe. Ultimately, I was forced to resign in order to protect my well-being, as neither DSV nor the agency provided any meaningful support or intervention.
For these reasons, I strongly advise against accepting employment at DSV Amsterdam Westpoort, particularly for women.
De är inte pålitliga
De är så dåliga, bokade en leverans och de skulle hämta varan mellan kl.8-16.00 , satte hemma hela dan men de kom aldrig och inte meddelade heller.

Avoid at any cost
The lorry didn't make it to the site, got stuck 500 meters away from the site. We had 20 ton of product inside. Made us to pay extra 450 pounds so they go back and change the car and then blames us for not informing them that the access to the site is limited

By some way the worst company I have ever dealt with. Damaged goods, no phone numbers to call, completely shameful lack of cooperation.

After dedicating more than six years
After dedicating more than six years of my life to this company — doing the exact job of Inventory Supervisor with full commitment and strong results — I was made redundant Not long after, the very same position was posted again. Naturally, I applied, believing that my proven track record and experience would at least earn me a fair review.
Instead, I received no feedback, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no respect for the years I had already given. The reason? A manager who clearly holds personal grudges and prefers to fill roles with relatives and friends instead of qualified, loyal staff.
It’s disgraceful that a company the size of DSV allows such unprofessional and biased hiring practices to happen. Loyalty and hard work mean nothing here — what matters is who you know, not what you’ve done.
If you’re considering working for DSV, be prepared for a culture where nepotism trumps merit, and where dedication and integrity are met with silence and favoritism. Very disappointing and completely disheartening experience.

Dit bedrijf vraagt bevestiging voor inschrijven via bankgegevens. In mijn geval was dat via een dame met de naam Verbeke Nicky. Voor ik het wist was ik €3.400 lichter gemaakt. Frauduleus tot enmet. Politie heeft een PV opgemaakt met het oog op vervolging.
