Ordered a radiator and paid extra for a Saturday delivery and stressed that I needed it Saturday as my heating was off due to work in the house. Saturday no radiator, no Customer Service open and no reply to emails. I called them Monday morning as they obviously were not going to call me to be told it would be delivered that day. No apology, no offer of a good will discount. A very poor customer experience

Delivery company just drop shipped and pallet outside with the radiators on it, refused to actually take the boxes off the pallet and put them inside the house, my partner is very petite and struggled to lift them inside out of the rain. they left all their rubbish on our doorstep. we didn't ask for pallets and rubbish to be left.
Tried to talk to ERD on chat and sat there in queue position 1 for an hour. they aren't interested.
To The person who sent the response. I ordered 4 radiators from an alternative company and they delivered them into the home, this was only 2 Radiators from you.
If you are going to do a curbside drop, because you are being cheap, then at least have the decency to tell people so they can have someone at home.

I posted here last year about the shocking quality of the IQ ceramic radiators. That review seems to have been removed? The failure of the last of our IQ ceramic radiators prompted me to write again and I now see so many others have had the same problems. Long story short, the displays fail, they click and knock, the WiFi rarely works, or not at all, they get red hot but also almost cold at one end, they keep no noticeable amount of heat after a few minutes of switching off so no idea where the claims of heating retention can reasonably be made and ultimately they stop working totally within no time. Regardless of what they may say here, the company don’t do anything to help. I’d also like to point out that the other review page (not trust pilot) where you’ll see thousands of great ones is locked and can only be used by particular invitees. Really expensive and very poor quality radiators.

Spoke to Jonny who was exceptionally patient and helpful.
Also required support at a later date, managed in a timely manner with knowledge and understanding that I am not overly technically enabled.

Found the product I was looking for at a reasonable price and was bery happy with the efficiency of the service. Free next day delivery was an unexpected bonus.

We bought six radiators around five years ago. One body and one heating element on separate radiators have needed replacing in that time. Like most people, I imagine, I was aware of the warranty but expected the radiators to last much longer. The customer service team have been helpful but it does make me question the quality and lifespan of these products

Easy to use site good customer service who actually saved me money as the product I wanted was not available but one equally as good but at a cheaper price was took a little time to set up to what was required but now working very well I am one very happy customer if I require any more will always come back

The radiator its self is very good but overly complicated and fussy to set up IMO. It looks good and heats really well.
However the worst aspect of our purchase has been the technical support received.
When it was first run, it was coming on at the wrong time and showing temperatures several degrees off what it was set at. Also, though I had a vague idea of what the temperature correction setting was about I couldn’t find any explanation of it and how it should be used.
I mailed CS with screen shots showing the heater on when it shouldn’t be and the large variation between set and actual temperatures.
2 days later I got a reply asking me for irrelevant information and pictures of the issue (already sent of course).
Reluctantly I sent the information asked for and said they’d already got the images.
2 more days and I got a reply ignoring most of what had gone on but directing me to the settings index as an explanation of the temp correction thing, which of course it isn’t.
I again asked for a clear explanation of that function and today I’ve had another reply just asking me for more images.
By buying a separate room thermometer I’ve figured out I think how it all works but the difficulty in getting assistance has been disappointing.

Every time I’ve rung the person I’ve spoken to has been very pleasant, helpful, friendly and patient. I’ve always been told to call back if I’ve got any other problems.
