I've purchased 5 radiators from this company and they have all arrived damaged.
The company has offered an exchange on my products but expects me to be repackaging large radiators triple my weight by myself as they wont send anyone out to help me and i dont have any help readily available. I've spent thousands of pounds buying these products and i'm just so disappointed at the support service in even getting the radiators to work. The company also offer only £30 support for getting electricians to come out again to reinstall so again i am going to be at a loss.
Do not buy any electric radiators from this company

We recently experienced what turned out to be an unusual fault with the thermostat on one of our Ecostrad radiators. The radiator was left by the previous owners of our home, so I was worried we might not be eligible for a warranty replacement. Fortunately, the previous owners had kept the receipt, and as it was still within the two-year warranty, Millie from customer support was able to arrange a replacement without any hassle.
Millie was friendly, personable, and made the whole process incredibly easy. It was a really pleasant experience, and very reassuring to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you! 😊

Outstanding. I bought 2 radiators from them in December 2023 the service was fast and efficient,the radiators perfect. Yesterday I called them because a thermostat had stopped working on my towel radiator, tomorrow I will receive the replacement, all free. You just can't get any better, thank you Grace.

I bought a radiator just a little less than a year ago which stopped working and after contacting the Electric Radiators Direct team about my faulty unit, they were extremely helpful, only required a few things from me and very quickly resolved the issue with the quickest and absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced from any company I have ever bought anything from. The radiator is also great and extremely economical, it doesn't consume much electricity at all. I recommend Electric Radiators Direct and their products to anyone without a doubt. Great products and superb customer service. It is rare to have companies who really care about its customers like this one. Absolute 5 stars

Excellent customer service. Gave real help on the best electric radiator solution &provided a quote for the work needed. Product range and pricing was good and then delivery was next day. Amazing!

I rang and explained that my radiator had stopped working. They listened to my problem and told me to send the serial number and a brief video showing the problem. I had a bit of difficulty getting the video to them but that was soon sorted out and a replacement radiator was at my door within a very few days. No quibbles whatsoever. Great service which makes a change in these times when doing simple things with some companies often is made difficult by technology problems.

Great products,fast delivery at competitive prices.
Only niggle is that did not get confirmation email when ordered,so had to phone to find out if aorder was placed and when delivery was going to be.

The radiator arrived on a double pallet (one mounted vertically on the other) that the driver refused to take away, leaving me with the job to take the pallets apart and drive them to the dump.

I have been very impressed with the service. The ordering was very easy; the radiator arrived on time. I very much appreciated being sent links to videos on how to programme it and how to download the app (a little video walking me through how to set up the app would enhance this onboarding even more).
There haven’t been too many emails and the emails I have received are helpful and not pushy.
The radiator itself has worked well and overall I have to say, I’m very pleased indeed.

Your service was topnotch, and the ladies help me out big time to find the right radiator, the first one what I selected was wrong, but we got it right at the end.
I end up buying the WiFi klasse iQ 1800w which works great in my apartment. I am very happy knowing that, I can be coming back from a late dinner or with friends after 1am in the morning and I can turn my heater on were ever I am before I reached home. The iQ heater takes 10 to 15mins to heat up, hot hot is 15mins. I put mines 24 degrees, that seems to work for me. Guys, this heater is very very heavy and you will need 2 people to move it around,I had this heater for little over 3weeks now and my age is 51, I hope this help you all Merv.

I purchased a radiator from this company specifically because they had free next day delivery, I needed the radiator on this Friday as I had the installer booked for the weekend. I almost placed the order and paid for next day delivery with a different company, but then decided to go with Electric Radiators Direct.
The next day I received an email saying that it wouldn't be delivered for 6-8 weeks.
This has completely messed up my plans and has cost me money on delaying things and having to have an installer come multiple times.
They were apologetic on the phone and perfectly nice, but you clearly cannot trust their website stock or lead times. I now also have to wait 14 days for a refund.
Edit after reply: I totally understand it takes time for refunds, but none of this frustration would be needed if the website was not lying.
The item has now been updated with a small print saying 6-8 weeks I would not say this is clear as its literally hidden also (though this was not the case when I purchased it) however even though it says this now, the website still says "In stock" and when purchasing it you are given the option to choose a delivery date including the next day, which is clearly just a fault on the site, but its incorrect information which has messed up my weekend plans.
I was even told on the phone that they only found out about the delivery window yesterday evening, so theres no chance it clearly stated that delivery window on the website, unless that was also a lie on the phone.
