After a false start of having discontinued items listed as available (Haverland) I was able to quickly find good replacements which were very similar and at an excellent price. Extremely good UK customer service, promptly answered a delivery question I had. Courier delivery was spot-on , on-time with a friendly helpful driver. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Thankyou !

Sadly my bathroom towel rail failed, however they replaced it under warranty with no problems. When it arrived it was very well wrapped and we were able to fit it ourselves. I would prefer a manual that was more thorough.

The delivery of 3 infrared panels costing nearly £1000 was scheduled for Tuesday 10th February.I received a notification that Fed Ex were unable to deliver.I called Electric Radiators Direct and they said that Fed Ex were unwilling to call customers as they only had their own private mobile phones.I asked if it could be rescheduled for today but they refused and said we would need to wait from 8am till 9pm on the off chance that they may deliver the next day.I've had two other deliveries from other companies today and both called me and as a result,both were delivered successfully!The customer service representative I spoke to at ERD wasn't interested in solving the problem.In fact, when I mentioned cancelling the order she seemed more than happy to do so.Therefore, I cancelled and the moral of the story is don't bother with this company if you expect any flexibility or help- it's just too much trouble for them.

I have had 5,failed radiators..a fault of the manufacturer not Electric Radiators Direct.
Electric radiators have been more than fair in resolving this problem..replacements arrived quickly each time and customer service has been faultless.I would definitely recommend this company…

The delivery was not delivered on the date requested. The radiator would not heat up to temperature, only reaching a maximum of 13.5. Made several calls and emails to try and resolve the issue, no response from technical support. Kept getting fobbed off with ‘we’ll be in touch’ which didn’t happen. Only received standard ‘how to operate your radiator guide’. Trying to get the unit returned was stressful as they said they were arranging it but I had to pester for several days to make it happen. The customer support team were polite and friendly but things moved way too slowly in my opinion. I really wanted this heater as it looked great and I ordered due to previous positive reviews, but it wasn’t good. I will be looking elsewhere.

Radiator broke after 3 years so ordered a new one, no real acknowledgement that an electric radiator should last much longer than this! The new one came and to my suprise it was how my original ones were advertised with boost function and 3 settings for programme function.....here's the thing, my original radiators are obviously the old style that didn't have the boost function or the 3 temperature programme settings! So I now know that I was originally sent the wrong outdated radiators 3 years ago
Reply: I specifically remember the website saying they had a boost function when I bought the originals which they don't have, so I'm pretty sure they are an older style than what was advertised and also never received the £20 "good will gesture"

I ordered 2 electric radiators on 13.01.26,I paid £40 for Saturday delivery, I was extremely disappointed on Friday evening to receive an email to confirm the delivery would be on Monday, I could have had free next day delivery Monday to Friday, working full time I opted for Saturday delivery. I rang the company on Monday lunchtime as my request via email for a phone call went unanswered, I was informed the delivery company must have been busy and they would try for Saturday 24th, again I will have to cancel my original plans in the hope the radiators are delivered. This is shocking service, I have paid £740 for 2 radiators plus £40 for delivery.
I am editing my review as I did not receive my radiators on Saturday 24th, I checked the courier tracker and delivery was booked for Monday 26th. I rang the office and cancelled my order. I would never recommend this company!

Service, Service, Service. What a friendly, efficient, good value company. I ordered an electric storage heater for my elderly next door neighbour. The delivery, which was free, compared to other companies who charge £40, was speedy and on time. I was notified about delivery throughout the process.
Once installed my neighbour struggled with setting it up. We booked the free telephone service call, and on time, Jonnie called. He could not have been more helpful guiding us through the, which it has to be said is not a straightforward process, to enable the heater to be set up. Every person I've dealt with at Electric Radiators Direct, from placing the order, checking on delivery and Jonnie are a credit to their company and I really cannot thank them enough.

Purchased the Ecostrad Icon IQ for our kitchen. Just what we wanted specifically the option for manual and programmable plus a power boost. The programmable option is very user friendly and easy to setup. The radiator heats up very quickly and is efficient.
The customer service team are really helpful and friendly. Used the online chat to clarify the timings for delivery on the day.
What I hadn’t realised was just how heavy the radiator is at 60kgs. No surprise as they clearly state the weight on the website, but when I went to try and remove it from the pallet delivered on the driveway I realised I physically couldn’t carry it into the house. So just to say when your radiator is delivered make sure you have someone at hand to help you get it into the house, especially asap if it is raining as it is not plastic wrapped.

Amazing customer service. My iQ ceramic radiator suddenly stopped working after 3 years of trouble free heating. After contacting them about the issue a new radiator was despatched free of charge within days. That’s quite incredible service

I bought 7 heater over 2 years now. I always had little issue… the noise it makes, getting the temperature correct for each room. But I made it work. I thought, I was covered for 10 years. I have 2 heater not working. One keeps on cutting the fuse box and the second one says it’s on, but no heat comes out. I’ve barely used it, as i bought in January 2023 and moved in to the house in April. I used it, only 1 full winter and so many issues. They can’t repair it, as they don’t have parts.
I bought these heater, because the reviews were great at the time.

Easy to order. Received next day,item well packaged. I did have a problem with item ordered but after phoning company it was sorted.This is why I gave 5 stars.

Ordered a radiator and paid extra for a Saturday delivery and stressed that I needed it Saturday as my heating was off due to work in the house. Saturday no radiator, no Customer Service open and no reply to emails. I called them Monday morning as they obviously were not going to call me to be told it would be delivered that day. No apology, no offer of a good will discount. A very poor customer experience
