Our radiator stopped working. One call to customer services resulted in a replacement being delivered within two days! Absolutely first rate service, would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Radiator was damaged when delivered but their staff were really helpful and sorted a replacement and collection with no fuss. Would definitely use this company again.

Don't buy radiators through this company. Delivery service has been stressful to deal with and the customer service from both ERD and their delivery service has been appalling. Paid for Saturday delivery, that never came, never got any communication or notifications from the courier service. So had to wait until the following Monday to chase ERD. They then say it's not guaranteed Saturday delivery even though we paid the extra £40 for Saturday delivery. Tried to track the order but the tracking info (which I had to find by logging into my ERD account, don't know why it wasn't on the shipping confirmation email) was incorrect as it wasn't valid on the Palletways website. Received a different tracking number on Monday, yet still wasn't valid. Finally delivered this afternoon, only to be told by the driver that he couldn't get it off the truck, because they were too heavy, as both my orders were wrapped together in plastic. Eventually, after calling his company he got them off individually and said he was only permitted to leave them by the curb as they usually only do commercial deliveries so they are not insured to take anything into people's homes. Which is fine, however ERD should have some kind of disclaimer or warning on their product page or checkout so people are prepared to make suitable arrangements.

Couldn’t figure out how I wasn’t connected to the radiator ( my fault ) phoned up and Ben talked me through my problem within seconds. Made what seemed an impossible task very simple! 10/10 for Ben

Very quick delivery

I had an electric towel rail from them which stopped working after 9 months. I was asked to take a video showing the button pushes and displays. On receipt of the video they diagnosed a failed heating element. The towel rail was under warranty, and a replacement element was sent the next day.

Please read the reviews before getting ecostrad IQ ceramic radiators. They are cheaply made Chinese heaters that do not live up to any of the marketing. There’s no “40 minutes extra heat after switching off” in fact, there’s basically none. Now I find out the £500 heater is the same as Beldray model at £150. Could have lived with that but not this price. The app is nearly useless. Only gives a couple of options and disconnects. The heater makes a lot of noise and three sections are cold. None of this is warranty related apparently so I’m stuck with it.

Really disappointed, spent a lot of money when we moved into our house. Moved in March 2021, in the past week 2 of our Haverland wave have just stopped working. 1 just wouldn’t turn on after summer, the second one has started flashing on the screen being unreadable and just blue then slowly fades off. We have had these radiators for 3.5 years they should not be breaking like this.

This has left myself, 10m old baby and 3 year old child with 2 radiators to heat the whole house! Not on!

Was about to purchase more for the remaining luckily still currently unused rooms in our house. Absolutely will not be recommending or ordering unless this is resolved.
