Our role includes, collecting mortgage payments, managing customer accounts, providing customer support if you’re experiencing financial difficulty and making sure your mortgage is administered correctly and fairly. It's important to know: we don't control interest rates or decide lending criteria; we don't issue new mortgages, product switches or refinance loans; we follow lender instructions and regulatory requirements and most importantly; we’re here to help. Appalling service from beginning to…
Appalling service from beginning to end. I'm an FCA authorised adviser ringing on behalf of clients with a mortgage that had been taken over by this company. Although the extensive & longwinded process that this company insists in order to be an authorised 3rd party was followed to the letter I was still unable to obtain the information I required. Had to make yet another formal complaint & request a call back from this company on Monday from someone who actually knows what they are doing12

Avoid Engage Credit
Absolutely disgraceful mortgage service company. Unable to make a decision on their own and won't even discuss the extortionate rates there employers are charging 'we just do what the mortgage lender tells us to' No idea how they get a trustpilot 4 out of 5 rating when they have more 1 out of 5 scores than all the rest put together
