A SHOUT OUT to Tracy!!!!

After placing a previous review shortly after purchasing an Engwe E26 ebike, I feel I am compelled to write another positive review.
I had a issue with the front headlight on my E26. The Light came on as soon as the bike was powered up, but noticed it was only partially illuminated as you can appreciate it, only owning the bike less than 3 months I was dissapointed.
However, I contacted Engwe and had a response from a lady called "Tracy" within 24 hours who sent me a new replacement front light under warranty, where it arrived 7 days later. Sadly, as I suspected this didn't resolve the problem.
I contacted Tracy at Engwe again, where said she would forward out a new Controller, which arrived within 10 days and after fitting it, i was relieved it had resolved headlight issue.
I must be honest, I was very dubious about ordering a Chinese ebike and more so dealing with their customer services if an issue should happen. However, my concerns were soon laid to rest, as Engwe were absolutely FANTASTIC and would especially like to praise Tracy for her help and guidance on my issue.
If ANYONE is thinking of purchasing a Chinese brand of Ebike, look no further than ENGWE.

I can’t explain how happy I am with the…

I can’t explain how happy I am with the service provided by the Engwe support team. Over the past few days, I was really stressed because the headlight on my e-bike wasn’t working. I informed the service team just once, and within a few days they sent me a brand-new light. Seriously, this is amazing and very helpful service.

From my side, it’s definitely 5 out of 5. Even when I bought my Engwe M20, they sent me a very nice gift pack filled with a jacket, a cap, and lots of other great items.

Awesome Customer Service

Well they have been very helpful so far and have gone above and beyond what I would consider required help. They are very accepting of my idea to travel the length of the UK (GREAT BRITAIN) to see my relatives on their wonderful E-Bike, I would highly recommend them purely on customer service skills alone and considering I have the certificate they more then pass on that one, and at no point have they tried to oversell the product they listen and just try to be helpful which I must say I have not seen in others for over 10 years. Their Great I look forward to dealing with them for upgrades in the coming decade...

I purchased a Ebike Engwe Pro 2.0. It's been over 1 year. It's Awesome 👌. During my journey, the battery was broken down a month ago, I was worried. I am writing this review after receiving what I can only describe as brilliant customer support from the Engwe team regarding my Engine Pro 2.0.

I experienced an unforeseen issue with the motor early on, but the Engwe support team immediately stepped in and handled it with exceptional professionalism and speed. They were prompt, deeply reassuring, and resolved the problem by providing a replacement motor that is now installed and running perfectly. Their willingness to stand by their product and offer such superb guidance made all the difference—they are truly world-class.

Beyond the fantastic support, the performance and build quality of this bike are outstanding:

Robust Durability: As a 17-stone rider, I can confirm the superior craftsmanship and durability. The bike is capable of handling heavy use without complaint.

Mountain Master: I frequently use the bike for demanding, long-range rides up mountains. The Engine Pro 2.0 performs incredibly even when using all levels of PAS for extended periods.

Hauling Power: The bike’s strength shines when hauling gear. I often carry a significant load on the rear rack using my Engwe rear trunk bag and panniers, and the bike handles the weight and terrain flawlessly.

Ordering parts is difficult……

Have purchased two bikes from Engwe now and so far am very happy with them. Customer service is good and are very quick to respond. My only complaint is that I needed to order a new parking kick stand for one of the bikes and it took over ten emails between us to actually get one ordered. Surely this is something that could be bettered?

I have an engwe engine pro I've had it…

I have an engwe engine pro I've had it for 18 months now and I ride almost everyday, I've done over 3,500 miles on it and I have had 0 issues, the only thing I've had to change is the break pads and chain through wear ,these bike are so tough and are capable of flying over any terrain, I've put this bike through its paces i can tell you and it's unbelievably solid ,this company is highly recommended and they obviously no what they are doing when it comes to building solid and very reliable bikes, I've also added heavier tyres to this bike and I am still getting over 30 miles on one charge after covering over 3,500 miles on it ,I also want to add that a few days ago I emailed engwe to ask a question and they were very quick on responding and they were quick on finding the information that I needed, they are a great company that builds great ebikes that are an absolute joy to ride 💯👌

What can I say....

Well, when I ordered the bike (E26) there was a stock issue, there was a bit of a wait for it to be delivered, I contacted their customer service and got an immediate response to my email explaining the situation and that they would inform me when the item was to be shipped. I did however become a bit frustrated with the delay and I made my frustration known to Engwe. There customer service was fantastic, they apologized for the delay and immediately offered a package of extras as a way of an apology/compensation, when I had to brass neck to ask for a better package they immediately agreed. The bike arrived and was simple to assemble, clear instructions and with all the tools needed. The agreement was that once I received the bike, I inform them and then they would send out the extras, they arrived within a few days. I love the bike, the extras make it (in my opinion) their customer service is superb, with pretty much immediate response, and it is definitely a company that I will be recommending to anyone that asks, and some have asked, and I get questions about the bike on a regular basis, it is a beast of a thing, but I love it. This is a genuine review, I have not been promoted or paid for this positive feedback, I can share email feedback if needed.

I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I was buying from an unknown company with no local dealer available.
