Aber der Kundenservice ist leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Nach gerade mal 150 km war der Gasgriff defekt, und vom Support kam keinerlei echte Hilfe. Nicht mal ein konkreter Link zu einem passenden Ersatzteil wurde bereitgestellt.
Sehr enttäuschend, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass ich mehrere Bikes gekauft, eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgegeben und die Marke weiterempfohlen habe.
So bleibt am Ende leider ein negativer Gesamteindruck. Würde ich so nicht nochmal kaufen.

ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 and customer support
I bought the ENGWE Engine Pro 2.0 mostly out of curiosity. I had no previous experience with e-bikes, but the foldable design and specs caught my attention.
The bike exceeded my expectations. The performance and comfort are really good, even for someone of my larger build. Everything works very well.
When I needed a hard-to-get spare part, I contacted Engwe customer support. Their response was quick and very helpful – they started solving it right away.
I’m now planning to buy the P20 model as well, because the belt drive looks like an interesting next step.
I am very satisfied. Thank you, Engwe!

J'ai du contacter le support technique…
J'ai du contacter le support technique pour un bruit dans le moteur et en envoyant une petite vidéo ils ont compris immédiatement d'ou venait le problème et m'ont envoyé un moteur neuf, je l'ai remplacé moi même en suivant un tuto youtube et mon vélo remarche comme au 1er jour. Je suis très satisfait.

Der sicherheitsrelevante Mangel besteht weiterhin ohne wirksame Mangelbeseitigung, und ein innerhalb der Europäischen Union verantwortlicher Wirtschaftsakteur wurde bislang nicht benannt.

**Ungeklärtes Sicherheitsproblem und fehlende rechtliche Verantwortlichkeit in der EU**
Ich teile diese Erfahrung in gutem Glauben, um andere Verbraucher zu informieren.
Ich habe ein ENGWE-Elektrofahrrad erworben, bei dem später ein **schwerwiegender, nicht reparabler Rahmendefekt festgestellt wurde, der die Fahrsicherheit betrifft**.
Trotz längerer Kommunikation wurde **keine wirksame und sicherheitskonforme Lösung** bereitgestellt. Besonders problematisch ist, dass ENGWE trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage **keinen eindeutig benannten rechtlich verantwortlichen Wirtschaftsakteur innerhalb der Europäischen Union** (z. B. Importeur, Bevollmächtigter oder Distributor) angegeben hat.
Das Fehlen eines klar identifizierten EU-verantwortlichen Unternehmens erschwert die ordnungsgemäße Anwendung von **Gewährleistungs-, Sicherheits- und Verbraucherschutzstandards**, insbesondere bei sicherheitsrelevanten Mängeln.
Zum Zeitpunkt dieser Bewertung ist der Sachverhalt weiterhin ungeklärt.
Ich empfehle potenziellen Käufern, den **After-Sales-Service, den Umgang mit Sicherheitsmängeln und die rechtliche Verantwortlichkeit innerhalb der EU** vor einem Kauf sorgfältig zu prüfen.

Service client rapide et efficace. Petit retard dans la livraison de mon vélo, mais le service client a fait tout son possible pour régler ça rapidement.
Super vélo, c’est le deuxième de cette marque que j’acquière et je suis toujours autant satisfait. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.
