Fleshy products and support deliver as promised
Fleshy products deliver as promised! Especially the Fleshy Rumble. And now I know their customer support is excellent. The customer support representative, Paris R. was quick to respond to my email, understood my issue and took quick action to resolve it. After sending photos of the issue, it was resolved within in 24 hours. So glad I chose Fleshly for my adult products!

The customer support was very immediate, direct and to the point without making things very difficult or burdensome. She provided instruction on what needed to be done and what the next steps would be
The customer support was very satisfactory, and the agent (Paris) was very direct and straightforward in recommending what needed to be done to first identify my initial concern and secondly find a solution to my problem. She did not beat around the bush or send me on a wild goose chase. The response and turnaround time were excellent as within a day my issue was confirmed and immediate efforts were made to correct my issue with a replacement of the defective product.

The customer service is impeccable
The customer service is impeccable. Will absolutely order again if im in the market again. Paris helped me and was kind and easy to deal with, she made sure to get me a replacement because my sleeve was a little messed up from shipping i think. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!

Quality Customer Service
Paris R. Was very helpful in making my issue right. After an attempt at diagnostics they opted to send a new unit to me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and greatly appreciate the promptness and overall quality of the service.

Excellent Customer Service Experience
I love the product but unfortunately it would not charge after the initial charge. I reached out to customer service and Paris R. quickly responded. She investigated my claim and resolved the issue quickly. I also appreciated the professional courtesy and thorough communication.

Lost in the Ozone
The shipment was lost/misplaced/something. The response was immediate, friendly, articulate, and most of all, helpful. It was on a par with the best of Japan. And in the world of customer service, it doesn't get better than that.

Fantastic Customer Service
Paris was fast, responsive, and helped me resolve my issues. Fleshy’s products are overall amazing, but there was 1 in particular that I wasn’t so happy with, but customer service was immediately on it and refunded me for that specific product. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company!
