Swift reply to question I'd asked, and rectifying my problem fast.

It seems like many others on here, there is a lack of respect for the customer. I have also not received my complete order and even though I've contacted customer services many time (via the customer service email) I've heard nothing back.
There is clearly issues with this companies distribution of merch.....

There was a technical error during my ordering process, but the very nice customer service was very helpful and did a great job solving the problem!

I never received my Deftones order. I have not received any answer from them after sending multiple messages about this issue. Not sure where the positive feedback from other people is coming from.

Come on, Warner Music Online Stores, pls sort this out! My brother is waiting for his birthday present... Thank you.

Can’t get a single person from the company store or shop app where I bought from the store to return my emails about an issue

I reached out to customer service because I ordered a record from the British store by mistake and wanted to cancel my order so that I could reorder from the American store. By the very next day Heather R from customer service had resolved my problem. Well done! Thank you.

There were some issues with the art card for the Robert Plant release and it not being available after it said it was , There was some confusion but it all worked out

I thought this was going to take a lot but it was really fast and I was not expecting to receive the tracking number so fast lol

I'm a returning customer that you have now lost, I wanted to pre order an album but your rubbish website crashes every time I try to make payment, I've tried 6 times and used a different card but my patience isn't limitless.

I found the item I wanted elsewhere for less money and I can get other merchandise from other sources with much better service.
